            On October 2 2023, 7 days after our last monthly clean I received a email asking confirmation for an October 4th clean, I emailed back saying that I would like the clean to be at the end of October. October 3 they emailed me back asking confirmation again, unfortunately I didnt see this email till the 4th, when I responded no that I would like a cleaning end of October, the owner **** called me stating the cleaner was already there. I tried to ask her if she could do our actual end of the month clean free because they had sent a cleaner without my knowledge and consent. My concerns were met with **** telling me I was in the wrong and didnt respond, I told her they shouldve called if confused but I stated in my email we didnt want a clean that early it had only been a week since the last clean (we get monthly cleans typically at the end of the month). She then proceeded to still charge my credit card without my permission, Im disputing the charge with my bank but Im appalled at how she couldnt run her business and scam others when going through tough times. Im hoping from this complaint she will apologize and not do this to another customer again.

            I was so not happy with my clean! They did not get to the kitchen or the Livingroom! It was a five hour clean, two cleaners and a lousy job!
