1 starIm honestly shocked there hasnt been a class action lawsuit. I spent $8,000 on their program, which included microblading, lashes, and nailsand I regret every dollar. The nail program was a complete joke. I was rushed through it in a shabby ******** location where the instructor admitted the school-supplied equipment wasnt safe for real clients. She told me to leave and spend another $500 on proper supplies elsewhere. So much for being prepared. The microblading course? A nightmare. The instructor severely botched my model, using baby wipes on open skinsomething I knew from basic bloodborne pathogens training is completely unacceptable. She then cut into my clients forehead with so much force that blood was dripping down her faceand tried to tell me that was normal. It absolutely isnt. The lash program was just as disorganized. I drove from ******* to ******* twice for scheduled classes, only to find out they had been rescheduledwithout anyone telling me. After a full month of silence, I randomly received a certificate in the mail for a class I never even took. How is that acceptable? This school is not legitimate. Their flashy ads are nothing more than smoke and mirrors. Behind the scenes, its all poorly run and misleading. Do not take this school seriously.Review fromRebecca M

1 starI spent $10,600 on PMU level 1/2 & to be a skin specialist. The front staff are rude & unprofessional in the way they dress and lean back in their chairs without acknowledging anyone coming in. The trainers at the establishment have a quick turn over and are very young. I learned bare basics (mainly what you can find on skin from slides on the internet ) from eternal beauty. The one thing I learned was to be able to put a tattoo machine to skin with someone around to possibly watch. The trainer for permanent makeup said she had 17 years of experience & shes in her young 30's. She tattooed my eyebrows and they are absolutely terrible. There was no live models to watch the procedure before you started tattooing someone's face. The permanent makeup trainer was under complete stress due to the lack of time to train us. It's a half day then work on a model after lunch. We were rushed out of the building after each day. I was left not understanding the fundamentals of PMU, techniques, color theory and pigment science. There was models walking out with the worst permanent makeup I've ever seen due to the lack of help to the other trainee's. Both my eyebrows and theirs need laser. The skin specialist class, was taught by a woman who didnt have training. I came ready with questions regarding skin & she couldn't answer one. I never got to do a chemical peel on someone. Since I was the model for it.. yet I received a chemical peel certificate. I had raised concerns with the lack of information and help. This was met with "I'm sorry" granted this was from a administration team member. I felt uncomfortable asking questions in class, we didn't have time for it. The response was I'll get back to you on that or we don't have time and need to get going. My info comes from staff talking. Overall, I took a loan (from family and not from them with 30% interest plan) and tossed it in the garbage. I wish I did more research and traveled to artists. It would of saved me $5000 +Review fromTanya R

5 starsThis beauty school is what dreams are made of. The courses are designed by the owner and her passion for helping people be the best version of themselves. The owner takes time to individually speak to all of her student through their business building course which is so great, you can ask any questions you want and take the time to understand what running a business is really like. It is extremely empowering. The teachers and staff are so friendly and welcoming, they are really accommodating as well and allow you to work at your own pace and timeline. I highly recommend checking this place out if you are looking to better your future.Review fromAusten H

5 starsI don't understand why other students have had negative experiences, but I just have to share my personal incredible experience at EBI! From the moment I stepped through the door, I felt like I was part of a family. The instructors went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and supported every step of the way.I was blown away by how personalized and detailed the training materials were. It was clear that they genuinely cared about setting us up for success. I was fortunate to learn so many things from both the lash course and the business development course I took, but what really touched my heart was the way they continued to support me even after I graduated.I mean, can you believe they connected me with opportunities to jumpstart my career? I'm now working with a company and feeling so excited about what the future holds. And let's not forget ****. She's like a mentor and cheerleader rolled into one. Her dedication to the beauty industry is just so inspiring and the ******* location is so beautiful!!!Honestly, I can't recommend EBI enough. If you're considering a career in beauty, this is the place to be. Trust me, you won't regret it! You just have to give it your 100% and they will help you get your career started.Review fromMegan H

1 starI went to Eternal Beauty in 2021 to take a permanent makeup/ paramedical tattooing course. If I could give this place a negative review I would. The course had absolutely no structure or logic. They promised a $500 kit was included with the course which in fact $50 kit from AliExpress. Eternal Beauty had us working on clients, literally cutting their faces open in an environment that was not sterile.. That was just the tip of the iceberg. The inks that they were having us use on skin were expired, microblades were expired, as were needles that we used for scalp micropigmantation. I voiced my concerns to several instructors who acknowledged the infractions and simply stated that they've learned to keep their mouths shut for fear of losing their jobs. Eternal Beauty is all about the optics; they provide a luxurious looking space to mask the fact that they are simply a revolving door of misinformed individuals that were promised lucrative careers along with the understanding that EB would help with job placements. My last day at EB they were offering ************** gift cards to anyone and everyone who walked through the door to give them a positive review. $7000 completely wasted.Review fromAndrea O

1 starI took dermaplaning and chemical peels/facials. Im in a different school now and everything Im learning here is the opposite of what I learned at EB. Its very scary that I could have severely damaged my models skin. You get 1 day of theory and then 2 days to practice. They are about quantity not quality. Im absolutely shocked there has been no lawsuits. In my class we are not allowed to have nails. In the class I took at EB I saw a young girl with long long nails. I saw her eat ******* and drink a can of ***** while her clients laid in the bed in the same room with their face masks on. She did not wash her hands either and not wear gloves. No one said a thing. Im horrified that I am unlearning everything. I have thrown out my certificates as they are not legitimate at all. $1700 to loan sharks and down the drain. Its very unorganized and the communication was horrendous. I booked models that rearranged their schedules to help me to find out my practicum days were cancelled. When I wrote my review with my own opinion and my own experience, the owner gaslit me and told me my review was wrong and that it was fake. She didnt even address what I witnessed with the girl eating ******* in the treatment room. She only cared about what I said about the learning portion. The e-portal is literally ******* videos. I spent $1700 to watch ******* videos. This place is dangerous and lazy. They dont take accountability and wont reflect on the negative comments.Review fromLora A.

1 starI took a brow course with them back in 2019 and absolutely hated it. I did not learn anything and they told me Id be getting a $500 kit when I received a $50 kit from aliexpress. They told me I was getting a deal for it when it was their actual price on the course. I already tried speaking to ******* and owner about my terrible and traumatizing experience, but they dont care. Theyre obviously money hungry. I was only there part time for a month (1-2 times a week 3 hours) and already had to have a permanent tattoo model tor brows. I had my cousin come in and my instructor did not give thorough explanation or even properly taught me. She had made me do the FULL procedure on my cousin, which led me to botch her brows. Im so traumatized by this and decided not to pursue this career because of my terrible experience..
