Great job. **** was friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. Carpets look great. No issues.The office called before to confirm arrival time and **** showed up right on time. Covered options and agreed on what was to be done before and the final cost so no nasty surprises. We have used AB Carpets before and will definitely use the again... JDMReview from John K

Mr. ******** was the carpet cleaning technician who showed up. Had my entire 3 floors done and an upholstered chair and ottoman. Looks fantastic. Main stains removed - looks like new. A couple of stains could not be removed but I knew that from a previous cleaning. Very happy with work, professionalism and price worth it - actually less than I would have expected. We have used Alberta Carpet Cleaning before to clean our carpet. This time we had an area rug picked up, cleaned and delivered back to the house.The gentleman who picked up and delivered the rug was so professional, friendly, helpful and courteous. Im extremely happy with the cleaning, the rug looks like new again. Great people and job well done!Review from David M

***** did an amazing job on our carpets! He cleaned all of our upstairs bedrooms and 4 flights of stairs and I really appreciated his diligence to do the job well! Everything looked clean and stain free when he was finished.Alberta Carpet Cleaning Response

Our two large area carpets were returned looking very well cleaned. Unfortunately the employee that returned them to our home did not take off his work boots and ignored me when I asked him politely to do so. One improvement they can make is to leave a receipt when carpets are picked up, rather than emailing an invoice. I had to follow up by phone and once received, the pdf would not open.
