I have been a loyalty customer for Memoryexpress for over decades, and I have never tried to return any product cuz I shop carefully. On Aug 9, 2033, the very first time I tried to return a defective RAM and I got refused becuase of someone from ******* mistakenly mark my account as "no return" for a final sale back in years ago. People from Memoryexpres ******* never tried to help me and boss me around and trying to tell me "shut up and listen to them". I end up getting sick of Memoryexpress ******* and went home to call ******* myself. Only within less than a minutes, Memoryexpress ******* find out it was a entirely mistake and helped me remove that "no return" mark. However ******* store can't even find a minutes to talk to ******* and try to help me resolve such simple issue instantly. Furthermore, people in ******* store keep cutting me off and giving me the attitude, "that's not my business" or "that's not my concern". I wonder why they have such a department called "customer services" while there is absolutely ZERO services they provide other than shut you up and telling you what to do and what not. I will NEVER EVER do business with Memoryexpress no more. I am sure they are big business enough to need no customer like me, or maybe you neither.

Denied warranty due to broken pins on the motherboard of prebuilt PC when we had not even touched the part or even the surrounding parts. It only could have been damaged during the initial or warranty inspection by their staff. Now I have to wait for delivery from Amazon for the same parts because Memory Express has delayed my server setup time by weeks. Cannot be trusted to tell the truth or take any responsibility for mess-****

I had Memory Express build a custom ** for me, I purchased what they call a IPR, a warranty that allowed me to bring in my ** whenever to have it cleaned, or have parts replaced, etc. Now I never used this IPR until a few weeks before it expired. I thought I might as well get this ** completely cleaned out and get the value from the warranty I paid for.. Oh how I was wrong, and I warn everyone and anyone to not purchase this "IPR", because they do not honour their warranties..My ** was PERFECTLY fine before I brought it in, after I got it back it made hissing and fax machine noises. I called back Memory Express telling them that they have damaged my **, and I want it fixed or the parts replaced, and all I got was excuse after excuse, even ones like, ohh the manufacture might not cover that part.. Well I hate to break it to you Memory Express, but I paid YOU for a warranty and not that manufacture... That means you need to cover the cost of the part and not put the blame on others.. They then tried to get me to bring the ** in several times a week and leave it there for up to 5 business days, while they make you sign things like if there is a covid lockdown you could be without your ** for weeks to months, or how they make you sign a contract saying that if they damage the case of your ** while they have it its not their fault... Just down right ridiculous, of course its your fault... ITS IN YOUR STORE....... Not to mention when you make me check in the ** 5+ times those odds of it getting damaged grow even more...Seriously people learn from my experience and don't give these *********** your money, I just had to give up on getting my warranty, because all they want me to do is bring in my ** a dozen times so they can say "oh well we tried this test and it didnt show anything.." WELL MAYBE YOU SHOULD TRY WHAT I TOLD YOU TO TRY TO RECREATE THE PROBLEM???Or you don't want to try what I say, because you don't want to honour the warranty???
