In May 2023 I purchased a SpaBerry Hot Tub from SpaBerry Visonworks, I was given a delivery window of ****** days. After 90 days I was informed it could be an additional 30 days to receive delivery. After 150 days I was told another ***** days to receive my order, after 180 days I was told that my order was not built yet and that they do not have a delivery date at this time. I am reaching out to the BBB to assist with either having the company complete their obligation and fulfill the order, or to have my money refunded. After doing more research, this company looks fraudulent as this issue with delivery has been occurring with this company with several other people for 2-3 years.Initial Complaint

I have paid for the hot tub in full which was supposed to be delivered in 90 days. It has now been a year and they keep saying the shipment of parts has been delayed.Business Response

Back in January 2024 my husband paid over $6000 for a spaberry tub it was supposed to be delivered in 1-2 months it has now been 10 months and after several excuses for delivery dates pushed further back we are beginning to feel scammed out our money. We would like our money back but was told this was not possible which I don't understand when we have not received the product we have paid for? Also after reading call the complaints on here from others who are experiencing the same issue, I'm wondering why this business is allowed to continue????Business Response

My name is Brangwen ******, and I am reaching out to you regarding a distressing situation my husband, ****, and I have been facing for the past year. On September 13th 2023, we paid in full $6,717.76 for a hot tub from SpaBerry, which is a company based out of *******, *******. Despite numerous attempts to get updates on our order, we have been met with a series of excuses and misleading information. It has now been close to a year, and we have yet to receive our hot tub, or any concrete updates on its status, and have been denied a request for a refund. To make matters worse, my husband is currently undergoing aggressive chemotherapy for cancer and has been for the last 9 weeks, and the stress of this unresolved issue is taking a toll on our family. We have demanded an accurate update or a full refund and despite our efforts, the company has failed to deliver on the product or a refund. We even went to the extent of reaching out on LinkedIn to the President of SpaBerry, and he just told us to call their office, then blocked us on LinkedIn afterwards. We have continued to reach out to ***** ***** ************************************** their SR ** of Ops via email and phone and he has continued to give us misleading information on the product and timelines and refused to give us a refund even though they have not delivered the product, nor can confirm when or if we will receive it.We believe that bringing this issue to light through the BBB could help us get the resolution we deserve and prevent other consumers from experiencing similar issues. We want to hold this company accountable and ensure others do not experience what we have experienced and do our best to have our money returned to us. I placed an order for a spa ***** in 2/26/2024 I was told I had to put down half the deposit $3000 which was a lie I could have put down $100 The spa was never delivered. November 10 2023 I ordered a Spaberry hottub by an offer I saw online . ***** ***** called my cell and we did a telephone sale on my credit card ************ ************ ******* # *************** I paid $6,777.74 for it on my Cibc Mastercard I spoke to senior vice president of the company ***** ***** several times the day I ordered it. He guaranteed me earliest delivery to ************ in 45 days maximum delivery 90 days I called him after 90 days for an eta on my hottub and he said another 60 days that there were delays in delivery through ********* . I emailed him again in May 2025 and no response so I called him for eta he said another 60 days and July first week it would ship I was upset and asked for a refund and he said no refund I asked if he was going to keep delaying the ship date again and he hung up on me I demanded to speak to higher up and he said earlier that he was the only contact I got another email stating no eta and it had now been 9 months and no delivery I called my credit card company to dispute the charge and get a refund and they said it cant happen now as it has been longer than 120 days I feel this company is ripping people taking their money and not delivering the product I suffer many medical conditions and have given my old hot tub away as they promised a three month delivery with no results I have chronic neck and back pain and suffer with arthritis which I have medication to take and the only relief was the spa on my joints and bones I am beside myself as this guy is a ***** Please advise as to what I can do to get my money back on my credit cardInitial Complaint

I ordered a spa from this company in October of last year. I was told 6-9 weeks delivery time. Starting December (when spa was to arrive) I started emailing asking for estimate of delivery. I was told the ship was stuck at s back up at ************. Then there was another back up. Then 2 shipments were arriving and they had to find my order. The last time I was guaranteed June deliver. I order the product in January 2024, took them up on their optional payment plan pay over 4 months. Paid in full but can not get a commitment on a firm delivery date. As this has dragged on I just want my money back and go shop somewhere else.
