            Atlas Appliance,An absolute joke is what this place is. I had a dishwasher from here and was gouged for the extra 4 year warranty. I was very nervous upon my dealings with the sales personal so I reluctantly purchased it. Well the dishwasher after the first year **** began to have MANY issues, one at a time. To this day just over warranty it has had 3-4 things replaced a still the same error code appears. On the last visit to my house magically the issue was found, after the warranty was over! Nothing was said, only a new motor installed and the tech apologized for not replacing this part sooner. The next day I get a phone call from the service desk demanding that I pay $*** plus dollars for the part or I will be taken to a COLLECTIONS agency. After trying to remain calm on the phone I reminded this individual to please look into the file and he would see that this error code was never fixed, even after a few service visits. No that the warranty was over it mysteriously gets repaired and payment is DEMANDED and THREATENED.STAY FAR WAY FROM THIS COMPANY IS MY ADVICE, there is im sure much better options out there *********

            Atlas Appliances' repair technician made a mistake which caused ** to pay for another unnessary service call that did not fix the problem. They still charged us for the service call and we are out more money for the second company that came in as was recommended as the solution to the problem by Altas' technician. We tried to get in touch with the manager and owner several times as we did not feel that we should have had to pay for their employee's mistake. No response from the owner or manager, and the other employees ignore the complaint about their employee's error and request for a refund. The only response we received was an email saying that the problem can't be fixed and we will have to order a new appliance. However, other service companies that we have called say that the appliance is serviceable.

            Your name is not even in our database. However, we have determined *************************** to be the person complaining. This started September 29; complaint was dripping grease from range hood. Technician dispatched and diagnosed insufficient air flow to begin with. Recommended cleaning range hood ducting. If problem persists, will need a new range hood as prolonged usage with restricted air flow will cause grease/oil accumulation within motor cavity. Appliance technician does not know which ducting is for your range hood and which is for your fireplace. This is to be determined by the person actually cleaning your ducts. If they cleaned the wrong duct, this is not on us. Only the minimum service call was charged ($141.75), and that wasn't even paid until November 7. As far as communication is concerned, we have thus far received 21 emails from *************************** and have responded with 18 emails. Bottom line is range hood needs to be replaced.
