            In May 2021, I called them to renew my mothers Live Live device. In July I pushed the button to test it and I got a message saying the device is no longer supported by ****. I called Live Life at least 6 times, left messages, and sent emails and got no response. Since the device no longer worked I tossed it in the trash. This morning I got an email saying they took out the payment for May 2022 for the next 12 months, I did not renew my device nor do I have automatic renewal. I called them again this morning (4 times) at **************. When I call it goes directly to a busy signal or hangs up. If you read all the reviews online you will understand my concern with this company. Please help me get my money back. Thank you very much.

            Horrible experience with this company do not recommend it to any body.Purchased the device for my father paying $500 a few years back, but my father refused to use it.Time has passed, I have decided to give the device to my friend for his mother.Needed to transfer some personal info.Spent a day trying to get through to the toll free number. Nov one was available.Finally got to talk to a perso and she was very rude and not willing to help in any way.Basically my device has to go in the garbage as there is absolutely no support at all.This is the biggest **** set up ever.

            Hi *****, you made the purchase in October of 2020 and our return policy at that time was 14- days. You also told our employee that you had never even removed it from the box. Furthermore, you sent messages via chat and would not answer our questions, you then emailed us, and we responded back informing you that due to the age of the device it was not transferable. You also called us, and our employee repeated what you had already been told. In the meantime, the individual you gave it to had emailed ** asking if it could be used in **** and we informed him it is designed for North America only, he then asked ** for a refund. This individual also called **, indicating they were your husband, and wanted information which he was provided. Every business has policies in place, and we are no different. We are sorry you are unhappy, but if you had returned the product within the allowable timeframe, we would have issued you a refund.
