This might be the worst experience with County Hills Hyundai ever. I purchased a used vehicle in 2022 and brought it in for service on the sunroof. got a call from the service dept and they shared a number of extremely glaring engine issues with me that were found during an inspection (all of which were listed in the ***** mechanical assessment as passed and signed off on). I immediately told them I had purchased this vehicle from them days before, they were shocked to hear and told me someone would contact me right away. No contact was ever made from them to me, I am not kidding - noone ever called me. I continued to follow up asking for a remedy. Will you fix it? Get me a service vehicle while it was repaired? have another vehicle I can look at? (I have an 8 month old). Everyone continued to shift it to someone else and no resolution was ever made. I went to the dealership and demanded to speak to someone in person (******* ****** ****** *******, someone must speak to me). I was utterly disrespected by ***** upon my arrival asking for someone to please help me. He refused to provide me with a complete detailed listing of all the issues. No answers. ***** in fact at one point said to me “what, its 160 bucks *****, want me to write it on a sticky note” and then made a hand motion towards my forehead as if he would then stick it to my forehead. He walked away, I was mortified. This was my last interaction with the dealership. I called the police, and sent Jordon Romeril a detailed email of what had gone on at the dealership to which he never even responded to but called days later to say "we have a cheque ready for you". I went to the dealership, got the cheque..asked for my personal items from the vehicle to which he responded, "they've been sent in the mail to you with your plate". They never arrived. I had to issue my license plate as stolen and write a report for stolen items from my vehicle. DO NOT BUY from *** ****** ********** *****. Just dont. Trust me.

My vehicle is 7 years old - has 82,000 kms. Brought new tires mid December/22. Told I needed to do $2,561 in maintenance and repairs. Did two repairs to transfer case on Jan 16/03 - told my front brakes were shot - another estimate of $437.09. On Jan 34/03 - took the vehicle in for a recall for a fuse for the back up camera system. Vehicle was there ONE HOUR - and got another maintenance and repair estimate for $1,298.08. So - my vehicle (that has no issues) all of sudden requires $4,296.27 in maintenace and repairs! Service Manager is useless and offers no explanation. The sales room is empty - no customers looking to purchase vehicles - so I guess the service department must be tasked with bringing in a lot of income to employee everyone! Things have gone downhill in the last six months at this dealership!

    - They can't hold an appointment. I've dropped the vehicle off for service and was told "3-4 hours". Show up at the 4 hour and they haven't even started because I "left the building"- During an oil consumption test, two techs told me that burning 1 L per **** km is normal and expected (watch out for the techs!)- Even if it's in writing, they don't care. Twice I had to remind the dealership of my extended warranty (the second time it was then used). We bought our vehicle and they sold us on this "loaner vehicle during service" which was denied when used. The offer of driving you home via uber is discretionary. It's been offered sometimes, and most recently it was denied.- Not exaggerating, the vehicle has been in nine times for the same problem before being scheduled to be fixed. Every time I go, they would say there was one more test to do.- After ten months of being cooperative, I was frustrated and started telling them how ridiculous this was getting, and that we need to put more effort into this. The service advisor feels disrespected, and hands me off to another advisor. - No loaner vehicles available. The vehicle is finally booked in to have the problem fixed and when I asked for a loaner, repeatedly told it's not available. I'm willing to book when it is available and the answer is always "not available". I was told "loaner vehicles are sometimes provided when repairs have been extended given complications in the process". This situation isn't complicated enough.- The vehicle was towed there twice for this issue. After the first time, they had given the vehicle back thinking it was part of the mass recall (look into that by the way, Hyundai has a bad track record of low quality vehicles). The words were "this isn't if it will happen again, it's when". Comforting for us and driving our family around.- The last three times I picked up the car, it took twenty minutes for them to find my keys. I kept getting asked "are you sure it's ready for pickup?"

I’ve never been more disappointed in a service dept in my life. These guys made a mistake while fixing my car (last September) so I needed to return to have work done (free of charge). Not once, or twice but thee times they scheduled this service but they were unable to get the work done. I would drop my car off at 7am and get a call at 4pm that they couldn’t get to it. Today was the last straw, I was promised that it was a priority and would get done today for sure. Sure enough 4pm rolled around and my car hasn’t been touched. We picked up the keys and will never return! We’ve been dealing with them since 2013 and our patience is done! And after looking at reviews and the BBB, I can see that we aren’t the only ones.
