    In August 2022, my 2017 ****** died on the side of HWY 1, just outside of the Mni Thni exit. The truck flashed warnings that it was overheating, it had low oil, and then stopped entirely. The truck was towed to ************ where we purchased it from, and who had serviced it last in May 2022. **** told me that it was "catastrophic engine failure" and I would have to buy a new engine or pay them another 8 hours of labour at their shop rate to diagnose the problem. They quoted me nearly $12,000 to order a new engine, and I had to pay a non-refundable deposit for the cost of the engine of $7,300.00. The Service Manager, ***********************, told me to pay the money or get my truck off of their lot. Since paying the deposit on August 25, 2022, there has been absolutely no movement on the behalf of ************. When we have reached out for updates, we are told there is no ETA for the engine, and they have nothing else to tell us. We contacted GM ****** and they told us that there is a tracking number for the engine, and to track it through the dealership. ************, again, ****** that there is no update. Since ****** was so belittling, rude, and demeaning to me on the phone, I am very concerned that a) they ordered the engine and put it in another customer's vehicle, or b) that they have failed to order the engine at all. I've had to keep paying my truck payments, as well as keeping full insurance on the vehicle, and I have no vehicle.

    I would advise anyone not to deal with this dealership as we traded our 2019 Silverado in for a 2023 suburban three weeks ago to find out that they still haven’t paid the old Lien out so we are currently paying for our old truck that is on their lot and our new one and I have called Chris ****** our sales guy and Ryan ****** our finance guy to see what is going on with getting that cleared up and all I get is we’ll look into it and that they will call back and no call back it takes forever to get ahold of them. We have also emailed and tried to get ahold of the general manager and no response this is the worst experience from a dealership we have ever had I have traded in quite a few vehicles over the years to know that it doesn’t take this long to clear this up only giving a one star as I can’t give give a lower rating.

    Tried reaching out to you, but to assure you everything was paid out, I can confirm the cheque was couriered to the bank 6 days after you picked up your new vehicle. We have notification from Courier that the package was received by the bank and that your account is in fact closed!
