Back in the spring of 2022 there was an engine recall on my vehicle. I took it in. It failed all Tests. They didnt fix it for six months until it blew up on me and I was stranded on the highway with my grandson. Then they replace the engine and immediately upon leaving the dealership. My car would not excel the engine light was flashing and the car was shaking the next day I took my car back they did a factory reset and a few days later I was back again I have since taken my vehicle four times to this dealership only for them to finally tell me if the engine light doesnt stay on theres nothing they can do. I have contacted Hyundai ****** I have made dozens of calls to South Trail and it seems like every time I call I get a new person a week ago I went into the dealership and they finally decided to take a look at my car and now theyre saying their diagnostics dont show anything they dont have any dates in the records of when I took my car back in for servicing and theyre telling me I am now out of warranty since its taken a year for them to finally get my car into the shop. I would like to either be reimbursed, fair market value for my car and they can have it back or I would like a new engine put in and service done on my vehicle like they shouldve done a year ago at no charge to me. I was also told that they would be extended warranty on the new engine and now they are saying theres not. I was also told by another garage that all the wiring is done wrong. Therefore, I dont have headlights that work properly they flicker on and off , and now South Trail is saying it could be because they saw a cat prints on my engine and may be attached to the wires. This company has been completely unprofessional. They have not owned any responsibility for their lack of workmanship. They have been the worst company to deal with .
