    Ongoing issues with vehicles, repairs not being completed within time lines, being told vehicle is repaired and it is not, not filing request to extended warranty to replace tire poor customer service, poor communication, unprofessional and inefficient staff

    Yes we still need them to fix the repairs and replace the tire through warranty and due to all the issues we want them to also cover the cost of replacing the other 3 tires as we cannot have 1 new tire and 3 tires on the vehicle as per the mechanic as the vehicle is AWD. They agreed to cover $500 of the replacement value of the new tires but we would like them to cover all the costs due to the ongoing issues with them.

    I bought a used car from them and they were supposed to give me 2 keys for the car and my old tag off my old car that I traded in . As soon as we signed the paperwork they promised to mail the second key to us but never did. We have been calling and emailing the sales associate and the finance guy and no answer.

    I went into the Universal **** on May 24th. I let the sales rep know that I wanted to upgrade my 2014 **** escape to a bigger SUV. I mentioned I had looked online at explorers and expeditions as they have a towing capacity of up to **** lbs. I noted we were purchasing a smaller trailer at **** pounds. The salesman (***************) told me he would look and see what he could find in my price range ($200 bi weekly). After searching all of their sister stores, **** advised that the best option that they had in my price range was a 2019 ram **** V8 hemi. I had email correspondence asking if there were any other trucks or options available, I did receive an email back from the used car manager (****), but **** had advised that I need a V8 and that the truck he showed me was the best one they could get me. After driving it off the lot, I noticed the ** was not working, the breaks felt shaky, and the ride did not feel smooth. I was advised by a mechanic that the **, shocks, and breaks needed to be fixed. Universal **** showed me an inspection report before I purchased certifying the vehicle was up to standard and was safe to drive. This is **********, as this report was not indeed accurate and upon further inspection of the vehicle at the dealership their mechanics confirmed that there was break issues and they needed to fully replace the front breaks. They confirmed the ** was not working but could not fix it that day as their machine was down. I have tried inquiring about alternative vehicles to swap with; I found one at the ***************, which was actually listed in the email from ****. But I think would have been a more suitable vehicle from the start and wish they would have advised me of this as there have been so many issues already with this "new" and "certified" pre owned vehicle. I have also been stood up for two appointments at the dealership, and my numerous emails, calls, and voicemails have been completely ignored.
