Hi,I am writing with great disappointment with the company. As per agreement I made the payment on time and the contact read that the warranty details will only be mailed after the full payment is received. I was provided details for making payment on Fri *****2024, I made the payment on Sun ****/ 2024 and asked for warranty information to be received,I did not receive any response. Later on I found that during vent installation two of the beams were damaged. On *****024 I sent them the pictures of the damage and I inquired about it, but I didn't get any response again. I called them on ***/2024 asking about what was happening, they said ******* is on vacation and will be returning on *****2024 so I told them I will be expecting a call by Fri Aug/***2024.I still didn't hear anything, on August **, 2024 I called and was told ******* will be calling me shortly, I never got a call back.On Aug **, 2024 I again inquired about warranty information and the same day they came back saying that warranty is only provided on entire re-roofing projects. In response, I said there must be some warranty on the work completed e.g. for water leaks and for vents at least the manufacturer warranty for vents (something that they mentioned in the contract). I still haven't heard back.Because the work was not done for free a price was paid, but it seems the company does not provide any warranty on such work so they decided to do a very poor work, very poor work ethics. I should really add that any company that is happy with the work they have done will happily provide warranty for that work.In any case I need the warranty information on the vents so that I can contact the manufacturer if needed and the roof beams fixed and I was only able to look at one of the vents the other three vents I am not sure what else is wrong and the two vents that were closed I am not sure what quality work was done there that must be addressed also.Thank you,

We have completed an onsite meeting with the client and reviewed his concerns.  The client agrees, he understands there is no applicable warranty for roof repairs as per his written contract.  We have agreed to provide the client product documentation for the roof vent we have installed.  This information will be sent to the client within * business days.  The scoring of the wood trusses at the * locations where the new vents were installed will also be addressed by Great Canadian.  This repair will be coordinated with the client and arranged around his schedule.
