On April 8th,2022,- We were introduced to the Omnishield fire, smoke, water and carbon monoxide detectors system, at our home address by ******************* from Premiere Health. We were told it would cost us $60 ******** dollars monthly, to which we agreed.April 11th- However, a few days later, a lender (*********) called to confirm my loan for the Omni-shield detectors which I just signed up for. The Lender stated that the price was for $150 dollars monthly and wanted me to confirm it. I screamed and told him that that was never the case. He asked me to reach out to the company to get it sorted and get back to them.April 11th, - Immediately, I called the company (Precision Health Services) to complain about the price discrepancy. The lady I spoke with said no manager was in the office and that someone will call me back.April 12th-I waited for one day and called back them again and the agent I spoke with said it must have been a mix up from the lender, and that a manger would get back to me.April13th- I called the company again to clarify the monthly payments again. This time a manger said the loan was not approved for 60dollars as initially agreed because my credit was not very great. I was shocked and asked her why I was not contacted and informed about the price change. I then let her know that the $150 dollars was way above my budget and that I could not afford to make that payment.April 20th,2022- I called the company again. This time they spoke to me very rudely over the phone stating that they were very busy and have no time to take my calls and stated "ENJOY YOUR SYSTEM"I have called the company severally to try to sort it out to no avail. As no manager was responding, we decided to cancel the contract and faxed it to them on April 18th at 800am.I have called the company severally, but they have become very rude and nonchalant, saying I should sort it out with the lender as they are very busy with other clients and told me not to call their office again.
