I received a $75 egift card #**** **** **** **** **** from Sportchek as a gift.(see *******) It was emailed to my email at ************************ On Jan 22, 2021. We had not used it and went to use it at ************* in ******* ** October 13th & was told that there was no money on it. We called Sportchek Retail customer service and they informed us the card was used on August 9. 2021 in ******* ** store ***. I told them this was ***** as we have never used the card and we live in ******* I ask that the $75 gift card be replaced. The first agent told me I would have to file a ****** report. This is not a ****** matter- it is a customer service matter. ** ***** ****** ** ** ********* ***** ** *** **** ** * ********* ******************* ** ******** *********** ** **** ******* ***** **** ****** ** **** ** ******. I called both numbers to try to get this matter rectified to no luck. The case # is *********. I emailed *** at ******************************* who promised to get back but didnt.Business response
