Definitely below Zero star... Olympia Trust Company can not be trusted, ever. Stay away! Their brokers don't give full disclosure to their clients about the investment. Before you knew it, you have signed up on the worst nightmare of your life. Too late to find out that there were hidden terms and conditions which were not discussed on those 14 pages of fine prints in the written agreement, you're trapped. I signed up for an five- year term contract from 2013-2018 and was assured after five year of contract from my broker, I can redeem/exit/transfer my investment, not required to renew a new contract. Since January 2019, I contacted my mortgage broker to redeem/exit and transfer to a financial institution of my choice, to date I'm still on a battle with them for over five years now. They're holding my investment as a hostage for me to keep it with them, forcefully to continue holding against my will. The worst part is they always harass me through phone calls and emails to urgently pay the yearly administration fee from 2019 to date which has an interest of 2% cumulative. The funds we invested came from a hard earned income we have acquired and worked for many, many years for us to prepare and help for our retirement. Who can afford to pay for the rest of your life. I can't afford to pay and not paying. That's why we want out. Contract is completed. Clients who have been a victim with this Company should come as a group. I'm urging everyone to come out, please. Is there a way to put 0 stars?I have been telling them I do not want to keep my investments with them anymore and they have not given me any options but make it harder for me to take out whatever is left of the 15k i have invest almost 20yrs ago. They say it is now worth less than 2k but instead still charging me fees with an interest of 2% monthly cumulative!This is a rip off.Do not use this service, they are a scam.Olympia Trust Company

Invested my RRSPs with Olympia 10 years ago which they probably lost all of it . They have subsequently been charging me $150 a year to manage nothing and are now calling to recoup these funds which I absolutely refuse to pay. They have managed nothing. They lost all of it. If I could give this company a zero I would. They dont care to working out and to keeping your home. They care to *** you and put you on the street and taking everything you have. They are now doing this to ** and even our house is for sale and market is tough, they dont care and make smaller payments arrangements.Dont recommend this company to anyone.Olympia Trust Company
