      Got the app to buy a car wash pass. Can't see who participates until after purchase. Go to use the pass and not one single shell station within 45 mins participates. Can't use the pass and email shell right away and they say no refunds. I get that but really? Why not make a list of who does before we purchase. They refused the refund of almost 70 dollars for something I can't even use unless I'm at least 45 mins away from my home town. You would think if they are offering it in your area then it could be used. Total *** ***

      *** membership does not work at SHELL gas stations. Its a fraud. Never got any discount as advertised. Complained but they did not respond. The name of the person is ALBERT claims to be Customers Operations Specialist at SHELL CANADA. Fabricated a receipt to show discount and said original will not show the discount which I got at the gas station when I paid for the gas. Bank transaction shows otherwise. Full payment was deducted. When reported to him he never responded and has been avoiding the complain. So if you are one who has been gypped please report. This activity by these corporations has to stop. They charge us hell lot of money for gas. Join the movement.

      I would give one star if possible. While trying to pay at the pump for gas I was given a receipt saying the transaction failed. I paid a second time to receive my gas. Upon checking my bank account I have found that I was charged twice. After waiting multiple days and speaking with shell multiple times they have said they cant find the transaction in their system and refuse to give me a refund. I have proof that I was charged twice and am now forced to file a dispute through my bank and wait 30-60 business days for the money they *****. Do not visit a shell gas station. **** *** ******* *** ******

      They provide Car ************************ which is advertised as if you sign up by 3rd March 2024 you get 100 bonus miles each month however thats where the grey area is no where does it state if you had to cancel and reinstate before the promotion deadline what happens. I ended up losing on 100 bonus miles as there was no mention of this being a one time promotion. **************** is really bad they wont even provide a managers name apparently they are not allowed to give away the name of the manager or pass on your phone to them so basically there managers dont talk to customers. Which I found it shocking that this is happening in Canada. They certainly lost a customer and will many more with this attitude. Perhaps they dont care about it.

      Fraud they stole my money and have not given it back and this is the story I paid for my gas and a fleet card I went in the store to buy product with my debit card I paid at the interact machine it said approved I told to tell her I don't need a receipt cuz I get an email I walked out the store they started yelling at me in front of a crowd of people to inform me I didn't pay I said the lady I did pay it made me pay again I walked up to my truck I checked my phone I got two emails that I made two payments I checked my bank account online I proceeded to call my bank to find out that I yes I was billed twice a walk back in the store shoulder this information and she basically said nope and I don't care call Shell I said you double billed me and she said no I said the bank has confirmed you double billed me and I have the two transactions after phone calls and emails for 4 days I have yet to get my money back ***** **** ***** ** ***** and have yet to give it back to me
