      On July 16, 2024 Deco Windshield repair took out $73.45 from my credit card without notice or warning for a subscription renewal. I did not agree to any subscription renewals after getting my windshield repaired in 2023. I did not receive any emails prior to the one sent notifying that my subscription was renewed. They clearly had my email because . I requested a cancellation and refund via email but no reply. I want my money refunded.

      Hi ******,

      All of our repair plan members receive email reminders of the upcoming renewal charge. Unfortunately they sometimes go to junk/spam. The receipts and reminders come from different platforms which is why your email provider treats them differently. Also, often customers reply to our "do not reply" email address. 

      I only see one email from you, sent today, July 17, 8 hours ago. I will process your refund and respond to your email.

      ****** did not give us time to respond to her email before filing the complaint. Also, her account was very difficult to locate due to it being under a different name and email address. 

      Her full refund was given within 10 hours of her first email to us.

      I have attempted off and on for the past year to cancel the subscription I inadvertently entered into with Deco Windshield Repair. I have tried to phone them on numerous occassions but only get recordings. The indicate that you can "login" to cancel your plan and state that the password is the plan ID which appears on emails which I never received or on the original receipt for service which I no longer have as the windshield repair was over a year ago. Deco just took another $94.45 out of my **** account. This charge is not authorized and I want them to refund it and confirm that they have fully cancelled any subscription with their company. This business scams people into subscribing to their services without explaining that they will be billed annually. They initially indicated that this was somehow connected to my AMA membership but AMA has now completedly distanced themselves from this organization.

      I looked into your account but do not see any emails to us regarding this issue. Customers sometimes reply to our "do not reply" emails. All repair plan members receive multiple reminder emails about the upcoming membership charges, however, in your case I see that your email provider has blocked all of our emails. I sent a screenshot to you via email. 

      Although your request is outside of our 30 day grace ****** I have given you a full refund due to the difficulties in contacting us. I will send you an email with details.

      On June 29, 2024 Deco Windshield repair took out $94.45 from my credit card without notice or warning for a subscription renewal. I did not agree to any subscription renewals after getting my windshield repaired in June 29, 2023. I did not receive any emails prior to the one sent notifying that my subscription was renewed. They clearly had my email because I received the receipt and nothing was seen prior including in my junk mail. I requested a cancellation and refund on their website but there is a continuous error denying me. I also sent an email requesting a cancellation and refund but have not heard anything back. I want my money refunded and my account deleted!

      Sorry the details of our Repair Plan were not made clear to you. You should have received several emails about being a member and about the renewal as it approached. Those emails likely went to junk/spam. The receipts come from a different system and rarely go to junk. 

      I have cancelled your plan, refunded your credit card, and deleted it from our system. You can login into your account at decorepair.com to verify this. 

      Please know that sometimes it can appear as an additional charge until is FULLY processed. Its annoying but it happens sometimes. I can assure you it is a refund. Please give it a full 5-10 business days for it to be fully credited to your account but do let me know if you dont see it after that. I promise we will get you taken care of.

      I had a chip repair last year with Deco and I noticed a charge on my credit card on Saturday for an unauthorized payment. I called the bank and apparently I was charged a revolving charge. I had never authorized this , l have never seen a contact or received emails from this company. I have called the number for the company it is automated with no response from a human. I dont want to pay for a service agreement that I did not agree to and whose service I will never use again.

      Sorry you were not able to get a hold of us by phone. I do see where the issue is with your account. Your email system blocked us. We do send several email reminders before the renewal date. Also, the email address you have listed for BBB is different than the one for your account. Please send an email to ************************************ so we can update your account.

      I payed $125,00 for a chip repair where I was told that it was the price of the repair, but the employee actually charged be for:$65 Chip Repair $40 Basic Repair Plan $30 Additional Syringe ---I never asked for a Basic Repair Plan or an Additional Syringe (or I was never told what that meant or why it's there). Employee did collect my name, e-mail and credit card, but I thought it was for the payment. I think they are planning to charge my credit card on a regular basis. I did cancel the plan in their website, but I still want the refund of the services I haven't asked for. All I wanted was a simple repair and pay deal. I feel this have been forced to me against my will.Refund request of $70 if they can't explain the Additional Syringe. Otherwise, I request $40 of refund for the Basic Repair Plan that I was never asked to be part of.

      My complaint is regarding Deco Windshield Repair (pop up tent places). This is what I posted to their ******** Site and Messenger. Last year I had a chip repair and foolishly I signed up for what I thought was unlimited chip repair for ONE YEAR! Last week I got billed TWO separate charges($42 and $73.45) on my Mastercard. I intially thought I my card might be compromised and I was being ripped off by some unknown person or persons. I then visited a Deco Repair guy in *************** who said I must have signed up for auto renewal, IF I DID IT WAS A MISTAKE! So he said I just needed to log into my "member account" which I did NOT know I had!!!!! Then he tried looking up my "account" but it looked like someone mispelled my email address (SO NO WONDER I NEVER SAW ANYTHING FROM DECO!). He changed my email address and said I should be able to log in, I COULDN'T. He said it might take time for system to adjust, IT HASN'T. I had previously tried calling the Deco number on my credit card statement ************ which hadn't worked (out of service). He told me the number was wrong and should be ************, I tried that. I get through to an automated system BUT NO ONE ANSWERS THE ********** What is going on???????????????

      I have cancelled your plan and refunded your renewal fee. We always give a refund to any member who requests it within 30 days.

      I have also changed your account profile name back to your name as to remove the vulgar language.

      I reject the claim that I have authorized the withdrawal of funds from my **** by DECO.  It appears that there is another fraudulent charge placed on my **** on June 20, 2024 that I will be disputing through ****.

      It was not a second charge. It was a refund on June 20, 2024 for $73.45. Please check your account again. Sometimes it can appear as an additional charge until is FULLY processed. Its annoying but it happens sometimes. It has been now been a full 10 business days. Please let us know if you do not see the refund. I will email the refund receipt to you.

      In June 2023, i had a windshield repaired at the *******, ON location. On June 4th, 2024 an auto renewal was billed on my credit card. There had been no previous communication about this. I have not give authorization for Deco to take funds from credit card. When I tried calling twice I was on hold for over 20 minutes then was told I was calling outside business hours which was no true as it was 1:00 pm MST. I was also unable to cancel the subscription online as I don't have an account #. I emailed twice and no response so far. Looking for refund and deletion of card on file.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and will be fully satisfied when the credit is fully processed on my credit card. As of today still pending. As per email from DECO, this could take 5 to 10 days.

      There was an automatic renewal transaction that took place by DECO Windshield Repair. There was no communication done about this and I would like to get this amount refunded and subscription cancelled immediately. I have not authorized for you to charge me automatically every year. Kindly get this sorted. I am on hold for more than 10 minutes and no one is picking up.
