      I was charged $83.85 cents August 4 for a plan I did not consent to. I had a chip repair in ******************* and paid over $90 last year. I was not happy with the results and certainly didnt agree to a charge a year later . Efforts to contact anyone by phone failed . I gad to pay my credit card balance today and the charges are still on their because I cant reach the company.

      They charged me $89.54 for a membership I did not sign up for. I had a chip in my windshield repaired in the summer of 2020, I paid for service then but did not authorize anything beyond that. I wasn't charged the following year but all of the suddenly they're charging for something I never signed up for. I cannot contact them because their phone line only has information and then says that I am calling outside business hours, each hour of the day oddly enough. I have emailed them and heard nothing in return. I cannot find anywhere on their website to cancel, the phone line says all can be managed on their website but all it has is information they have about me and my banking info they got at the time of my single chip repair service. I tried their ********* email and phone all without success. I am currently filing a dispute with my bank and am looking to get a new bank card to stop them from taking more money.

      I had a chip in my windshield fixed August of 2021. i was told that because I am an AMA member, i can sign up to have my windshield covered for one year. i did so, I paid via CC. On the evening of August 3 2022, I received an email saying that they would be charging my CC for my annual subscription on August 5 2022. I replied saying that i did not consent to this and that they best not charge my CC. On August 4 2022, I sent another email stating that they do not have my permission to charge my CC. On August 5 2022 DECO Windshield Repair charged my credit card, and emailed me a receipt.. On August 9 2022, I emailed them asking for a refund, but only received a generic email saying "Sorry to see you go".. I want a refund!

      Canceled over 9 months ago just got email saying there going to charge me for my membership called and told them I didn't want it the lady I talked to said it was all Canceled well today the ***** money from me for a membership that was to be canceled 9 months ago

      Been on the phone for 3 days trying to get ahold of these people. They don't answer their phone. This is a ***** case and I will NOT be paying this bill. They have billed me without my permission or a signature that was carried over from last year. This is NOT an automatic billing. You can't just use a person's Mastercard number. Seems there are many more people complaining about this company for this very same reason. I feel I should report it to the **** if I do not get any help from BBB so I sure hope you can at least get ahold of the owner and let them know what is going on with the company. I hope other Seniors are not getting caught ** in this profound way of doing business. Another problem is I never even received anything from Deco they just went ahead and used my credit card number.....

      Business Name: DECO Repair Date of Transaction August 31, 2021 Type of Complaint: No Options to Cancel Membership Prior to Renewal Date/ No Communication from Company Backstory: My wife and I had a crack in our windshield and saw an orange tent with the Deco Repair branding in the parking lot we were in. We asked the gentleman about the cost to repair and offered us a membership if we paid ****** for the window repair.We paid the repair fee and the repairperson then used our Mastercard to sign us up for the membership stating that we wouldn't be billed until next year. He also stated that we can cancel at any time and we wouldn't be billed so long as we canceled BEFORE the renewal date. This is what we have spent 2 weeks trying to do.When we call their head office, all of the relevant automated options direct us to a voice message stating that they are either closed or not there. This has happened no matter what time of the day we call or what options we choose. Even pressing "0" to speak to an agent yields us the same "We are closed" message.The voice options on the phone state that we can log into the website and manage our payments and subscriptions but this doesn't work as there no options to change payment types, add/remove cards, cancel subscriptions, etc... The most we can do is edit our First and Last name. Our credit card is locked and cannot be edited or removed.Our renewal date is approaching and, should they keep ignoring us, we will be billed for another year's subscription.How do we proceed? I can see from the reviews that this is an ongoing and widespread issues and, furthermore, they appear to have been signing people up without their knowledge or consent.

      Had windshield repair subscription. Upon selling my car, I emailed Deco on May 21, 2021 asking to cancel my membership. Company did not cancel my membership, proceeded to charge my account May 31, 2021 for ~$63. I only noticed on May 29, 2022 when they were charging me for the following year, that this hadn't been cancelled yet. Upon seeing this charge on my account, I abruptly called them and got the same customer service rep ********** in which she refunded the charge for 2022 acknowledging they received my cancellation request, but did not follow through as I had requested. They will not refund 2021, it was charged after my request to cancel. Now the company will not answer me back by email or phone. Please help.

      A year ago I had this company repair my windshield. The person assisted me to input my details and charged me $67. Now I am randomly being charged $***** for some type of subscription that to my knowledge I never signed up for. It looks like the person I dealt with signed me up for a subscription service without my knowledge. Im not sure how they came up with this amount because the membership cost on their site is only $40. Please refund my credit card. I no longer own this car and dont need a windshield repaired, never agreed to pay any ***** subscription. I tried phoning the company but they are I reachable and their customer service like just tells me to call back during office hours, no matter what time I call.
