Equine Facilitated Wellness has shown to be an effective way for people to learn about and grow themselves on an emotional level. Horses greet us with with no preconceived notions, they are non-judgmental, honest, authentic and provide us with a unique opportunity for self reflection and learning. Horses can sense our emotions - often even before we do! and offer up opportunities with which we are able to learn about emotional growth and wellbeing - including (not limited to) anxiety, coping skills and emotional regulation. They can assist with increasing confidence, self-esteem, and leadership abilities, as well as helping us to grow boundaries, learn about communication or build on attachments and improve relationships -the list is long... My goal at Rein Forth Equine is to provide a safe place for people to connect with these amazing beings in a profound way that will inevitably change us for the better!

I am certified as an Equine Facilitated Wellness Professional and an Equine Professional through PRO-EFW. This designation allows me to offer services to my clients in accordance with my Scope of Practice as an Equine Facilitated Wellness Practitioner. I follow the code of Ethics of PRO-EFW which is available for review on the organizaition's website. With a background in Psychology and a number of years experience within the human services field as a Social Worker, I am committed to providing a safe environment wherein one can journey towards Self Development & Emotional Wellbeing

Products and Services

I provide one on one Sessions as well as group Workshops. I also offer numerous Kids camps over the summer which combine emotional growth and learning with horsemanship

Introductory Western Pleasure Riding Lessons are provided as well
