Ordered a part for a customers truck for my business thru Cochrane Toyota online part store, they had me wait three months for this part without giving me any updates on the delays or what was going on I had to call in every time. Once the part arrived in ******* warehouse and not directly at my house as it should have, they asked me for 200$ extra to deliver it another 10 Km. I just went and picked it up my self even tho they still charged an additional $50 for me to pick it up. Once I brought the part home excited to finally work on the truck after three month wait. Only to find out the part is not even the right side, and it doesn’t fit a fender flare And it has a weld dent from bad manufacturing. So I call in and tell them the issue showing the diagram of the part I ordered from the website with the right part number, and he tells me it’s my fault and that there is nothing they can do, I ask can I exchange it, josh klamont says yes you can but you are responsible for shipping Mind you I live in ******** and had to drive the part three hours, I decided to just get a used one as my customer didn’t want to wait another three months, I dropped part off on a Thursday October 5th hoping to at least get a call next day as josh ******* decided to leave early that day , even tho I called in asking if he is there and he said yes. Anyways no call nothing waiting for the refund, no one in the parts department has any clue with what their doing, really bad experience, finally he tells me they will refund me but will charge $160 restocking fee, I am not happy with this fee for the time, gas and money I had wasted on a part that was not right, he told me the reason it’s not right is because every diagram on their website shows one part diagram image. How is that my problem that’s just bad customs reference fix the site so this doesn’t happen. I am really not happy
