All new electric airsoft guns include a 30 Day warranty. An extended 90 Day warranty is available on certain "Intermediate" and "Professional" level electric guns. Please contact Capital Airsoft Inc if you wish to purchase the extended warranty. Extended warranty is not available for "Entry Level" guns.

ALL gas and spring powered guns have no warranty whatsoever. If ordering online, you may request Capital Airsoft Inc perform a function test on your item before shipping it out. They strive to perform this test on every product shipped out, however if not requested, the check may be skipped to ensure products are shipped in a timely manner.
What does the In-Store Warranty cover?

This program affects any new, non-clearance electric "airsoft gun" purchased at Capital Airsoft Inc "CA". CA will repair any defective internal parts or defective internal issues affecting the function of the gun with OEM replacement parts within 30 Days of purchase. External blemishes, faults, or any other cosmetic issues are not covered by this warranty. Any signs of customer tampering, abuse, modification, or ANY external damages or changes will void this warranty. Use of "poor quality" BBs will also void any and all warranty. "Abuse/neglect" of customer to properly maintain the product will void warranty. The customer is responsible for due diligence and self-education on the maintenance and care of the product they have purchased. Batteries, chargers, magazines, or any other included accessories are not covered under any warranty. Please test, check, and inspect all products before leaving the store.

In the case of a warranty issue, the product is to be returned to the store and a work order is opened for the customer. If a replacement is available, this business states they will swap for a new item. If no replacement is available, the gun will be repaired with OEM replacement parts. If the gun fails under the warranty period, you may choose to have Capital Airsoft install higher quality aftermarket parts. If the customer chooses to have Capital Airsoft Inc install aftermarket parts, there is no labor charge, simply the cost of the parts and the $2 shop supplies fee.

If a replacement is not available, and the product cannot be repaired within 30 days, then the customer is issued store credit equal to the value they paid for the product at the time of purchase.
