Hair Products and Extension Wear
The Extensionist is not responsible for the way in which you use any product you purchase from their business. Additionally, they do not accept responsibility for any damage that may occur after/ due to installation of their products or services, as a result of misuse or failure to adhere to instructions.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless The Extensionist, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from, without limitation, your use of the The Extensionist services, your breach of the Terms of Service, your infringement of any intellectual property right or any other right of any person or entity, or your breach of any duty of confidence or privacy, or any defamatory statements made by you in any form.
Returns and Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of our products The Extensionist CANNOT accept the returns of used hair extensions as they are classed as Hygienic Product. The Extensionist takes matters of Hygiene and public safety extremely seriously.
Deposits: Deposits are 100% non-refundable once the hair has been ordered for your service. Please ensure you are certain of your purchase before you order. Additionally, once the service has been completed, there are no refunds on any aspect of the costs associated with the service.
If there is a manufacturer defect, The Extensionist will look at replacing the hair for you within 7 days of purchase.
Pricing
All prices are subject to changes without notice, and all prices are on a client-to-client basis, due to hair texture, length, method, colours etc.
Termination
The Extensionist may at anytime terminate or suspend any part of our services without notice.

All video, images and text used by The Extensionist are copyrighted; use of this material without written permission is not permitted and illegal.
