      **** ******* ************ ** * ******* **** ****** They charged me $33 / month after a 1 week trial. I have a memory of cancelling but according to their records, it did not go through. There were no reminders sent after the first one soon after the 1 week trial for billing and they continued to bill me for many months without any reminders or invoices. T*** ** * ******* **** ******* *** * ********* **** ** *** **** **** **** ** ***** ****** Additionally, the phone operator, *******, was extremely rude and seemed to enjoy playing ridiculous games. After she indicated there were reminder emails sent, I asked where? She led me to a record page where the one was listed -- and that was it. When I asked where they were, she stated "would you like me to read the emails you have in front of you"? Then, she put me on hold for a "technical issue". **** ******* ** ******** ***** **********

      Hello ***,

      I am sorry you had a bad Experience with our customer service team. I will be looking into this for you.
      Our records indicate that you started a Trial Subscription with us on Oct 18/2020.   At which time we told you twice through the checkout process that it would be $33/month after the trial ends you can cancel anytime with no obligations.
      We immediately sent you out a confirmation email with the date and time to cancel and placed this on the bottom of your receipt as well.
      When we did not get a cancelation request from you before Oct 25/2020, we charged you and sent you a reminder email on Oct 26/2020.
      We do not send out any further communication to you but it is on your credit card statement every month with our phone number to make it easy to contact us.
      We have given you a courtesy refund for your current month no further refunds will be processed.

      I visited the Law Depot website after doing a ****** search for Free business plan template. The law Depot website says: "Free Business Plan. Answer a few simple questions Print and download instantly It takes just 5 minutes. In which industry will your business operate? Create My Document." It allows you to start creating a plan. There is no language about creating an account. So I filled out the form. It took me several days. When I was done creating the plan, I chose the "free' subscription. I entered my card but the website would not process a free subscription. I had my partner pay for a one year subscription on her computer. I created an account.Then all my info was lost. I filled out a help ticket but got no reply. I called and asked for my info to be returned. They refused. They lied abt the landing page. They refused me the corporate address. **** *** ********** ****** *** **** ***** ** ***** *** ** *** * **** ***** ******** *** *** ***** I want the plan I created.

      Hello ********,

      I am sorry you were not able to use our Trial Subscription but, I assure you that it does work.  If you had contacted us at anytime while you were trying to create the trial, we would have been more than happy to assist you.  
      You are correct that our landing page does not tell you that you have to create an account first, I will talk to marketing about this issue.  Before you start an account any information that you type into your computer is stored only in your computer memory.  As we do not have access to your computer, we do not know that you are on our site working until the account is completed.
      I am sorry that when you logged in on your computer the information was gone. I do apologize for the difficulties that you had.
