IF TEN STARS HAD BEEN AVAILABLE I WOULD HAVE SELECTED THEM! ***, owner of My Scooter, could not have been more informative about the ************* Wheelchair prior to my purchase. He answered my questions in detail with patience and without adding any sales pressure whatsoever. My Mobi arrived in 5 days to Vancouver Island and was well packed and easy to set up as *** had charged it and done all but two connections. *** has since provided after service by answering any further questions I had by both email and phone very promptly giving helpful suggestions for my specific needs related to my neuropathy disabilities. Thanks ****** for the great review, it was a learning experience for both of us. My husband is unable to walk any distance due to a disability. I found My Scooter on the internet and really liked the Mobi folding wheelchair. Being old school, I contacted *** by phone, and he offered invaluable advice. As we live outside his province, he was kind enough to provide me with names of suppliers of similar products in *******. In the end, we chose to purchase the Mobi from *** and again he gave detailed information. As I have to use assistant controls, the information provided was enough that I was able to attach them myself without having to get someone to help me. My husband is happy with the Mobi and we are looking forward to a summer which we can enjoy together. Thank you, ***. ***** and *****My Scooter Response

Amazon even has several. *** provides something others do not, professional and caring support. *** knows his products and the competition. He takes the time to understand your needs and is not afraid to tell you that he doesn't have the product you need. I purchased a Mobi folding electric wheelchair from My Scooter. I had several conversations with ***. By the time I had finished my research, I felt very comfortable ordering from My Scooter.The Mobi proves my analysis was correct. The wheelchair is very well made, performs as *** described, was delivered as *** estimated, and meets my expectations. I have no problem in highly recommending *** and My Scooter.My Scooter Response

My family bought the mobile scooter 2 years ago for my husband. We couldn’t be happier with it. It is very well built, easy to fold for transport and very quiet. *** was very knowledgeable, patient, and easy to get a hold of. We really appreciate his suggestions and being so helpful. He absolutely loves his scooter and often says how impressed he is with the built, how comfortable it is and how smooth the ride is. I became in need of a mobility scooter over this past winter. Did my research on the internet and by visiting local businesses. My research pointed me to a Heartway scooter. That narrowed the search to four local businesses. Of those *** at MyScooter.ca was by far the most knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, many of which were by intermittent emails. He made suggestions based on my needs and his extensive experience. *** not only was the most helpful he had the best price.My Scooter Response
