I am financing a 2019 Ford ecosport for almost 1&half year now my engine is blown and I've missed 1 week and 1 day of work due to ford failure Kentwood Ford is not taking blame &are ignoring my serious situation that they have put me through I need for to cover my list wages&take back this car and refinance me as well as provide me with a curtious vehicle until I get a reliable vehicle

Hello-
Customer bought the vehicle from us 1.5 years ago, and has put on approximately 80,000 kms in that time.
He does not have any warranty left.
We have told the customer that he can bring the vehicle in for engine replacement, he can trade it out, there are many things that can be done.
We have even offered to sell him an inexpensive vehicle for under $2,000.
Customer is responsible for maintenance on his vehicle and any associated costs with it. Its unfortunate that he is in this situation, but it is not the dealerships repsonsibility.
