    We purchased a new fifth wheel trailer in 2021. We used it for one week and returned it to have deficiencies repaired which included issues with the roof. The trailer sat in their yard until the next year. The roof deficiencies were not fixed. The ac unit was not installed correctly and has had issues with leaking since we purchased it. We did our maintenance checks this spring and have not used it this year . We went to prepare for a camping trip only to find mold throughout the entire camper due to the leaking ac unit. The service department was rude and condescending when I called to advise that we would be bringing it back and we had paid for the extended warranty. Without even looking at it they informed me that it would not be covered by warranty. I took it to a different repair facility and they informed me that the ac unit was not installed correctly and the seals are foam and have been saturated with water and this is the source of the leak. I have contacted the extended warranty company and they will not cover the repairs as it is considered weather stripping although it is listed as a seal on a parts list . The extended warranty cost over $3000. Buyer beware. They are happy to take your money but are not very willing to fix the issues.
