      My disabled senior mom went into this store and asked for a firm mattress with an adjustable bed frame. She was told she couldnt have a firm mattress and the sales associate pressured her into buying a very soft memory foam mattress and adjustable bed frame. The mattress was too soft and she had a hard time getting out of bed and the store told her to keep it and that she would just need to give it time to get used to it. This didnt work and she had to purchase another mattress. I believe this store sold her a matress that didnt work so she would have to purchase another. Once we contacted the company to complain about this they offered her free delivery to make amends and we accepted. Within 24 hours the manager phoned and said he would not send the mattress she paid for to her and would refund the money leaving my mom with an adjustable bed frame and no working mattress. I believe the sales tactics used by the team were high pressure and manipulative and took advantage of my senior disabled mother. I believe the staff did not listen to her and sold her the opposite of what she needed to get her to have to purchase a second mattress and when confronted they left her high and dry with a bed frame that had no mattress. I do not recommend this store and believe it is a shady place to do business with. The manager refused to speak to my mother who made the purchase to tell her he cancelled it. I insisted he make the call. I believe this store is only interested in the sales and are using dishonest methods to fleece unsuspecting seniors.

      The information I have is that the original purchase was two and a half years ago. The most recent purchase was cancelled and refunded prior to delivery due to the concerns with our practices. We are not in the business of preying on seniors. We provide a Beducation and allow customers to select whats best for them. Due to sanitary and health reasons we do not offer comfort exchanges so we feel this consumer would be better served from another dealer that offers returns. As to the comment about the manager speaking to her mother he did speak with her yesterday and she was not happy with her daughters interactions with the store and also that she was requesting initially that nobody speak to her mother. Weve noticed a number of poor ****** reviews with similar complaints for purchases that are years old. We are not willing to accept the verbal abuse from this lady and her slanderous accusations against our associates.
