************************************** was my auto insurance broker for the past 2 years. This year I asked him to check for new rates months before my policy ended, and he kept beating around the **** and procrastinating. It wasn't until DAYS before my renewal date ************************ calls me saying my the best rate was the current rate I had now I had found better rates and I sent an written email requesting my policy NOT to be renewed. This email was IGNORED and they renewed my policy On top of that they renewed my policy at a HIGHER rate than what was discussed on the phone. They wait months before giving me new rates, they IGNORED my request for my policy NOT to be renewed, I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY NOTIFICATION MY RATE WAS GOING UP, and the CURRENT rate I'm paying is NOT what was discussed on the phone I have written documentation/email showing the interactions, and I have WRITTEN PROOF I REQUESTED MY POLICY NOT TO BE RENEWED BEFORE THE RENEWAL DATE.I want to be let out of the policy with NO FINES/BLEMISH on my insurance record as this was no fault of my own. My email for non-renewal was ignored, they raised the rates without notifying me, and the rate was higher than what was told to me on the phone.Please respond ASAP as I will get a lawyer and go to small claims if necessary. You cannot renew the policy after I requested it not to be renewed.
