    November 2, 2020: Got a flat tire, called Nissan Roadside Assistance, they sent ********************* They damaged my car loading it onto the flat deck. Tire repair, SO#******. Tire later separated, MH Nissan didnt see that it was separated when I got a tire rotation, SO#******. I had to take the service manager for a drive to diagnose after leaving the shop. They ordered a replacement tire, not Hankook, was Westlake, SO#******. *********************** said that there shouldnt be a different make of tire on vehicle, could damage it. July 6, 2021: vehicle in for overheating on shifter letter position between P and N. Performed voluntary safety recall inspection on tie rod, SO#******. I have two recall notices, dated August 2021 and October 2023, one for a more robust tie rod, not done.February 17, 2022: I had my vehicle towed to MH Nissan for a loud grinding noise from the front, left side of vehicle, SO#******. They could not duplicate the sound and couldnt diagnose. When I went to get my car, it had been left outside, with the drivers window open and there was about four inches of snow inside on the arm rest, dash and floor. The scraper was also thrown into my car. They provided a substandard detailing.July 14, 2023: tire repair, SO#******. This was the tire that had the repair done on the shoulder/side wall, deemed unsafe by Hankook representative and two tire shops in town. I was charged for this repair, although I have the Platinum Plan. I had to request a reimbursement and was told that I didnt pay for it, it had been reversed. I provided a redacted copy of my MC statement, then a screenshot of the online transaction. After numerous emails, I was reimbursed. MH Nissan accounting had reversed it, after Id paid it. This tire should have been replaced. They are refusing. I didnt feel safe driving on the highway, so I ordered and paid for another tire, SO#******. They finally diagnosed the grinding noise that Id been in for a couple of times, it was the right rear brake caliper not releasing brake pad properly, touching the brake rotor. Brake caliper replaced on SO#******. I took my car to Luckys Alignment and Brakes in Medicine Hat, a reputable company. He said it wasnt the brake caliper, but MH Nissan insisted, so I didnt want to void my warranty, and had it replaced. September 19, 2023: my back up camera stopped working, took to MH Nissan on September 25, 2023, they diagnosed and confirmed on SO#******. The camera wasnt working when I left. I emailed the service managers numerous times asking when it would be in, called and spoke to *******************************, parts manager, once. He told me it had been ordered on October 4, 2023, on a regular recall and nothing was done. It was re-ordered on a safety recall on October 12, 2023, but was still on back order. January 22, 2024: contacted ************************* to get an account statement emailed to ensure that I have copies of all of my invoices. This is when I saw that SO#****** had been closed and expensed to warranty. The replacement was never done.
