    Medicine Hat location! Beware!! If I could give them a no star rating I 100% would. If you wanna be ******* around and completely unhappy have complete regret purchasing a vehicle go to these guys!! Sold me a truck with damage to the side wall of the tires my truck. And sold me a truck with a completely bent rear axle from a previous accident it was in. Then proceeded to be ****** off when I called them on it as it should have never passed the inspection. Go to have an oil change done and they filled my window washer fluid with engine coolant. Bought the truck to have a reliable vehicle for when my son was being born in ******* and I got the complete opposite. Gave me a temp truck while mine was in the shop and tried to get me to swap their truck out when I was in *******. Wouldnt rememburst me for the fuel I put into the truck and asked if I could swap it for an suv and unfortunately I said no problem. They tried stuffing me into a 2 door keep with my wife my sons and my dog so I refused. They had to get another suv for me to drive back from Calgary and still refused to pay for the full tank that I left in the truck when I did them a favour leaving it in *******. Hands down the worst customer service I have ever had and worst experience Ive ever had buying a truck. Sales guy was no help what so ever as nothing but attitude when I brought concerns to his attention. Will never recommend house of cars to anyone ever again and I hope people rethink before they go to this establishment before purchasing a vehicle. Please dont give these **** artists your business as if hate to see other people treated with the lack of professionalism that I was treated with. Also got threatened to never call the store or contact any of the employees again!Truck was also stolen and Vio hazard for drugs which was not mentions on the carfacts
