    A few years ago, I hired Top-Right to install some new windows in my home and install new siding as well. The employees did a fantastic job. Now, a few years later, I called Top-Right to hire them to renovate my bathroom. I had to call and leave messages repeatedly but finally received a call back, I arranged a time and date for Top-Right to attend my residence to provide a quote for my project, but they were a No Show (they failed to show up). I called, left messages and sent emails in hopes of getting a reply but did not get one until the next day. The person I was interacting with stated they got into a minor accident, which is fine and well but failing to call me to cancel our meeting and/or reschedule the original meeting was unacceptable. I gave Top-Right the benefit of doubt and made two more meeting arrangements and Top-Right failed to attend both of those meetings. It was very evident they did not want to do my project, which is fine, but failing to tell me so, and failing to attend multiple appointments, and failing to communicate with me was unacceptable. I am very disappointed .. I would have preferred a simple NO !
