      I hired this company to move me from ******* to *******. The date of the move was June **, 2024. They told me that it would take *** weeks for my stuff to arrive at their warehouse in ********. I called them June **** to let them know that I had found an apartment. I was told that they had stored my stuff in Edmonton and it would take an additional *** weeks to arrive.They demanded full pay for the move on July 10th. I was scheduled for July ** between ****  I called them that day at **** and was told that there was a mistake and my stuff would come the following day. When the movers came on July **, they were missing my hamper, patio table, and my box spring. They said they would bring the remaining items on Monday, July ****. I called them on the Tuesday and they said that they would deliver on the Wed. and they could not find my patio table. They did deliver the items but were unable to find my table. They compensated me $***. for the table. A few weeks later, when I fully unpacked, I realized that pieces from my china cabinet were missing. I sent a text to *********************** asking if they could look for a missing box. I received no reply. I called him on Monday, July ****. He said that he would contact the driver but it wasn't his problem once it left their warehouse. I've not heard from anyone since. I have pieces of crystal missing and other items that are of sentmental value to me. I've had some of these pieces since ****. I would just like to know if they did an investigation into looking for this box. After all the mistakes and mix **** they should be willing to work with me to hopefully find my missing items.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      The company has contacted me and reimbursed me $****** for the missing items.  I've asked them to contact me if someone contacts them regarding my missing items.  
      I told them that I would pay back the money if they find my stuff as it is worth more to me than the money.  
      Apparently, there were five households of stuff on the same truck that my stuff was on.  I can only hope that someone will discover an extra box and contact the company.  
      All I wanted was for the company to contact me and let me know that they had made some kind of effort to find my stuff.  (especially after all the mix ups)  
      Sadly, I have to accept that I've lost these items.  I would never recommend this company after all the mistakes and their attitude of not caring once they were paid.
