5 starsWe had Neighbours Tree Company Ltd., ***** plus a pair of assistants, over to our house in ************* on 10-July-2024, to remove a dangerously huge, complex Northwest Poplar tree. The temperature that day was in the thirties, and ***** spent lots of the day up there, sawing the tree down from the top. His attention to detail, fitness, expertise, hard-working attitude, and safety consciousness got the job done in one day with no mishaps. He himself came to grind out the large ***** and root field the next day. I would unhesitatingly recommend Neighbours Tree Company Ltd. to anyone needing a big tree removed, for what I considered a reasonable price.Review fromKathryn J

5 starsI have had Neighbours Tree Company do my tree trimming for many years. They do excellent work. A fellow in a bucket truck trimmed my huge evergreens. My back yard has many deciduous trees that needed a lot of trimming. My yard was absolutely cleaned of all cut branches and all leaves that fell during the process. Polite hard working staff. There were many staff so the work was done in just a few hours. I was notified in advance about the date they were coming. ***** the owner was way up high in my maple trees cutting off branches. 3 starsThey did a good job pruning my tree but did not clean up. I had to pick up branches, sticks, and twigs from my yard, the city sidewalk, the road and the alley. How can someone miss a 7 foot long branch in the road?Review fromMary Anne J

Neighbours Tree Company has pruned and removed large trees in our yard for years. They have consistently provided prompt excellent service. ***** is an extremely knowledgeable arborist whose advice on tree and shrub issues is spot-on.

Everything from getting quotes, options, booking to payment were all easy to organize online which is super convenient. Super quick and easy to get quotes using photos. Worker showed up on time and removed 3 stumps in less than an hour. He was wearing PPE and used safety equipment as needed to protect our property. Highly recommend!Neighbours Tree Company Ltd

Neighbours was recommended by my mother, who had used them before, specifically dealing with *****. I know how demanding she is with any kind of service people so that alone told me something. They were able to answer all my questions easily and in detail, and my tree removal was completed quickly, professionally, and with excellent cleanup at a competitive rate. ***** grinding was delayed because the ground was still frozen but I was only charged for work as it was completed. I wish everyone was as straightforward and easy to work with as Neighbours.Neighbours Tree Company Ltd
