    New roof and insulation installed over our attached garage last summer (2023). ***** at Roe Roofing advised insulation was "packed" as this is how he would insulate an a-frame style home. At the start of this winter, we got condensation in our ceiling, we had ***** out and he recommended another insulation contractor come look at this issue. When we explained the insulation install as was described to us (being packed), this contractor advised it was not installed correctly and should be removed as it would definitely contribute to the condensation issue in our home. I also discussed with another insulation contactor who confirmed the same. ***** then advised it was not installed "packed" and that the insulation is to the trusses only. Trying to get ***** to confirm the insulation install process, QA procedure and provide photos since we were not home during the work, to confirm how the insulation was installed and now he is ignoring me. I advised I wanted all further communication in writing since we were seemingly having different recollections of previous verbal conversations. He offered to come to our home and review in person, and I reiterated I wanted written confirmation and have followed up 3 times via email to get no response. We will cut a hole in the ceiling in the spring to verify the level of insulation in order to confirm and seek resolution, however, the lack of response from this company is not making us feel like they will resolve the issue if confirmed and also just outrightly ignoring a customer when they have an issue with your service is not ok.

    The contractor has reached out to me today via phone, email and in person after rec'ving the complaint. 
    They have provided the information requested and posed a resolution to the issue which will be reviewed in the spring when weather allows.
    This complaint can be closed, thanks for the assistance in getting this resolved. 

    Please let me know if I need to do anything else.
