      Outstanding service! Honestly, we highly recommend this service. We ended up with an offer three times higher than what the insurance company originally offered. Unlike one of the other reviews on BBB, *** was quick to respond and really knew his stuff. We could not have been happier!

      Dustylane was more than helpful during the claim issue we had with our insurance company. He had empathy, was so available no matter the time you call and he really saved ** from being cheated by our insurance with his carefully detailed appraisal. I wish I could give him 100 Stars.

      Save your money and deal with the Insurance company yourself. *** ****** from Dusty Lane Appraisals will be more than happy and available to take your hard earned money. He will complete the Appraisal but while doing same he will disappear for weeks on end thus dragging out your claim for months... mine was 7 months!! *** ****** will disappear and totally disregard any phone calls or emails. *** ****** was aware that I was paying for two vehicles (the lost vehicle and then the replacement) however, *** ****** did not care once he was paid. I would give this company a "0" rating but had to give it one star to get the rating sent.
