My husband applied for an rrsp in February 2022 through ***** ****, an employee of the company It ends in February 2023, But in August of this year, I found out that I had an extra rrsp deduction, I immediately reflected the situation to ***** ****.She asked me to email Manulife and ask who this loan broker was and find out why this rrsp loan was made without our consent. And it's been deducted for three months.********'s response was due to a system issue,.And ************* did not stop this operation immediately after I reported this problem, and continued to deduct money. After I wrote another email asking to stop the deduction, ************* returned the deducted money to me, but I don't think it's a system problem as I might end up paying for others,if I didn't check their bank account and brought the issue to *************.Therefore the company has the responsibility to help me find out the reason and ask ************* to write a formal apology letter and give some compensation. In August, I asked the company to help me terminate all projects with *************, ***** **** said not to call off all deals just yet, The theft of bank information can be big or small,She'll defend my client's rights, she's gonna get the corporate compliance department to look into it, but the company has not responded, three months have passed and I haven't received any reply from ***** ****, when I tried to reach her again, she disappeared completely and didn't reply, I think this is an irresponsible approach by the company, and customers have no protection in the company, I need the company to give me a reasonable explanation and help me find out why ************* was able to make a loan to my husband without any signatures from us,because this is likely to affect my credit in the future, I hope BBB can help me solve this problem, thank you. Looking forward to your reply!*******************
