      March 31, 2023, Our ************************* advised of intent to accept 'Gutter ********************** Contract and asked for 'an appointment in the near future' (no appointment ever initiated). ****** was advised a notice would be forwarded to advise residents when work would commence... this was not received April 17th, a single employee arrived on April 17th. No introduction provided, and no 'on site contract' offered. April 20th, after not observing the lift in use, Council requested a status report of units completed and anticipated completion date. ServiceMaster responded with an apology and claimed a new 'work notice request' would be issued (also not received). ServiceMaster advised roof **** needed to be removed and debris blown off (at $50/unit). ServiceMaster indicated a list of units that needed this removal would be provided (not provided). April 26th Council initiated 2nd request for a) plan to remove debris from roof, b) number of units completed, and c) number of roofs that required the $50 cleaning. Council explained our roof warranty is void if we attempt to remove **** and asked if we could agree the project is abandoned.April 28th ServiceMaster finally responded to apologize for not responding sooner and offered to 'pro-rate' completed units from the original cost.May 4th ServiceMaster formally advised that Stonewoods would prefer to end the project and that we would like a pro-rated total for work complete from the original cost.July 3rd Newly contracted gutter cleaners provided pictures that demonstrated a very inconsistent level of quality throughout the complex. Indeed, the quality was so poor that ********** elected to have the complete complex redone.Conclusion: As a result of ServiceMaster's performance on this contract, there are no circumstances where ********** would recommend ServiceMaster or invite them to bid on future Stonewoods contracts.
