  I asked this company to repair our furnace in Oct 2024. **** came over and said that we needed a new motor. He left us in the cold for one week, saying that he had tried to phone me many times. He did not phone me. They replaced the motor for $1,500. When I asked for a lower fee, **** said no and that his phone cost him $2,000 and he had to recoup I had to ask for a detailed invoice which I eventually received. Then the furnace stopped working less than a day later. **** came back and said that we needed a gas valve for $600. We decided to install a new furnace and we got a quote from another company. I asked Eve, at ***** office, to match that cost. She would not, was charging $1,300 more. I asked for my money back. It states on their flyer that they offered a 10- year warranty. I asked them to pick up the motor and to repay me for it. They did not. Many other unpleasant interactions.Since then, Eve has not replied to my questions in emails.

  I purchased a new furnace from Pacific Coast Heating (PCH) on February 25, 2023. On Sunday, January 14, 2024, the furnace was not producing heat, so I phoned PCH. A rep spent 2 hours at my home, having determined a new thermostat was required. The rep demanded I pay $1837.51 by debit card, without any paperwork at all. After my prompting, a detailed invoice was finally received on February 14, 2024 which showed charges for work that I did not authorize. I have been trying to get an explanation for the charges without success. **** **

  Our company *************** Services) just used Pacific Coast Heating Services to supply and install a ***** BTU heatpump in our *************** office. We looked at three quotes and then decided to go with Pacific Coast as their offer was best value for what we were looking for. We were not disappointed! They came in, talked with us, and explained our options, in plain English. They did not try to up-sell us or offer extras. They simply told us what we needed and then completed the installation. They scheduled install day with us and showed up on time, and as planned. While onsite, they were all courteous, professional, and respected all our site safety rules. They even vacuumed up the fine bits of drywall dust.A week later, we had the first hot spell of the season and everyone in the office was happy to come to work. ******* and his team are experienced, qualified, and knowledgeable in **** and heat pumps. Their install included a red seal electrician who performed the electrical install "by the book".I and the company I work for have absolutely no complaints with the equipment, service or installation offered from Pacific Coast heating. For overall value, I highly recommend this **** company for your first call.As matter of fact, 2 weeks later, I had them install a similar AC unit (Heat Pump) in my home.
