I purchased a new furnace from Pacific Coast Heating (PCH) on February 25, 2023. On Sunday, January 14, 2024, the furnace was not producing heat, so I phoned PCH. A rep spent 2 hours at my home, having determined a new thermostat was required. The rep demanded I pay $1837.51 by debit card, without any paperwork at all. After my prompting, a detailed invoice was finally received on February 14, 2024 which showed charges for work that I did not authorize. I have been trying to get an explanation for the charges without success. **** **

We looked at three quotes and then decided to go with Pacific Coast as their offer was best value for what we were looking for. We were not disappointed! They came in, talked with us, and explained our options, in plain English. They did not try to up-sell us or offer extras. They simply told us what we needed and then completed the installation. They scheduled install day with us and showed up on time, and as planned. While onsite, they were all courteous, professional, and respected all our site safety rules. They even vacuumed up the fine bits of drywall dust.A week later, we had the first hot spell of the season and everyone in the office was happy to come to work. ******* and his team are experienced, qualified, and knowledgeable in **** and heat pumps. Their install included a red seal electrician who performed the electrical install "by the book".I and the company I work for have absolutely no complaints with the equipment, service or installation offered from Pacific Coast heating. For overall value, I highly recommend this **** company for your first call.As matter of fact, 2 weeks later, I had them install a similar AC unit (Heat Pump) in my home. I was extremely pleased with the service from pacific coast heating services . They booked me on a convenient day and sent the tech who had been to the house before. They offered me a promotional price which was very reasonable. The technician was outstanding and on time. He educates and fully informs us of all the issues. He has my highest possible recommendation.

we received a flyer from this company and called them to service a furnace. the techs came in and said a motor was gone and it would be close to a $1000 repair (also mentioned no GST if we paid cash) As the house is slated for demolition next year we wanted to see if we could get through this winter with space heaters. I told them that we would get back to them in regards to going ahead with the repairs. Later on we had another person come check it out and he noticed the furnace was left open from the pacific coast service people ,he cleaned the ignitor on the furnace and put it back together and it has been working fine all week . I requested a written quote from Pacific Coast and they did not provide one. One other note after they left our hot water stopped working, I do not know if they intentionally turned the pilot light out and the furnace open so we would need the repairs more urgently. I just want to warn others of my mistrust of this company.
