Stardust contacted me to follow up on an enquiry I had made a year previously. They put together a great offer for a Solar System for my home and patiently waited until I was ready. They were often not very forth coming with details on how their financing arrangements would work and some of their staff were abrasive but I thought nothing of it at first. Then a family member had a change of plans and decided they wanted to move. Preparations were made to sell the home and I asked Stardusts James T***** for my 3017.07 deposit back paid on approx June 15 in two parts. I received an email that it had been returned but when I clicked on the e transfer link I was told the e transfer had been cancelled. When I enquired why to the Stardust Solar team I was told that it had been resent to a contact named as Juliet I informed them I have no idea who that is and received an apology.... to someone named Ryan. I am not Ryan. Their manager has not returned any messages and the employee Daniel who has at least responded with all the wrong answers has been obstructive at best. I have been assured they will get around to returning my deposit, sometime in the next two weeks and offered no explanation on who they have sent my money to or where that information came from and rather than apologies their tone has been more of mocking or obstructive.
