5 starsI have been very impressed with the professional service from Westside Pest control since the initial visit. ***** was determined and dedicated to searching out the entry points of our unwanted critters. It was not easy and conditions were not always favourable. ***** always took the time to source the problem until he eventually succeeded. Never once did I feel his time was rushed or limited in the search. I would not hesitate to recommend ***** and Westside Pest control for any of your future evaders.Review fromPedro T

1 starSomeone named ***** ****** reached out to me regarding an open position at this company last Friday. She wished to chat with me and set up a meeting time for Monday 10am-2pm.Come early Monday, she said she was busy and pushed the meeting to Tuesday. On Tuesday, I waited for her call but did not receive any. At 5pm, she called but I was unable to answer. She left a message apologizing, saying I could call her on Wednesday.I called her on Wednesday and a CS *** told me she was on a call and hopping into a meeting but would reach back out to me within the hour. Never did.Called Thursday and was told pretty much the same thing.Hours later, ***** sent me a gaslighting message, citing how it's my fault.Don't ever work for this company. If this is how they treat you before you're even hired, imagine how you'd be treated once inside.Review fromShelley B

5 starsWe have been using Westside for a few years now for our pest control problems at our condo building in *********. We have always been happy with the whole team from front desk to the technicians who have provided immediate attention to our needs. Today I was pleased to meet *******, who provided the same professional, friendly, knowledgeable, diligent standards as your previous workers. He came to investigate the location of the recent wasp invasions in 2 of our suites. He searched thoroughly and found the area of entry. He explained the 2 methods hed be using to eradicate the nest and its contents and quickly went to work spraying the whole length of the area. I was impressed with his gracious manner and work ethic. 5 starsWe were having a problem with wasps, **** went above and beyond in helping getting rid of them. Not having to get up on a ladder for us was a selling point. We hired Westside Pest control two years in row and they are not only great at what they do, but also have a great customer service. ******* was our technician this year and he was very helpful and respectful. Dont look for other companies as they are the best in ***************.

Wow! What a great team they have at Westside Pest Control. The professional woman who listened and took our information was wonderful. The gentlemen, ****** and *****, who did the work arrived earlier than expected, which was great. They were very nice and professional and went about their work quickly. They were even able to help out the neighbour with his wasp problem. Im and out within an hour. And even offered to come back if the same problem occurs in the next short while. What a fantastic experience. Thanks to all!!!Westside Pest Control Ltd.
