  *** did work for us over a year ago, as well as one this week. The first job had many problems, that he solved. This recent job, he turned our shabby looking, pipe ladened laundry room, into a very modern looking, clean space. He always kept us in the loop, and explained everything in detail. Eco Plumbing will always be our go to plumber!

  We worked with *** for about a year on a basement renovation project. He performed various plumbing work for us all the way from breaking concrete to install new drainage to installing plumbing fixtures at the end. We could not have been more happy with all the work he did. *** is a knowledgeable, reliable, honest and fair person and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for any type of plumbing service.   I am so happy with the work that was done. *** is very honest, he did a quality job and saved me a lot of money. He came within a few hours of me calling. I am so pleased.

  We contacted *** at Ecofirst plumbing. He was quick to respond to our request and came to our home to give us a free estimate (not something all plumbers do). He spent a long time explaining the different options we had for replacing our poly-b piping but didn't pressure us to do the entire house. He wasn't in a rush and emailed us a break down of the options in a detailed estimate. Whenever I emailed a question, he was always quick to get back to us; even sending a video that further explained the differences between Pex A and Pex B piping which we were getting installed. *** was professional, true to his word, and very personable. He did extra things for us that he did not put in his estimate or charge us for and was more than fair with his pricing. He pulled a city permit and found that we should have 1" piping (upgraded from 3/4") and kindly installed this size pipe at no extra cost. After completing the job, *************** building inspector checked out his work and everything was accepted and passed. We highly recommend *** to do a great job and he truly wants you to be satisfied with his work and keep you happy.Thanks *****

  I was very pleased with ***'s service, replacing a kitchen tap and clearing a 46 year old, very gunk filled pipe. He was prompt, knowledgeable, personable and professional. He found very reasonable solutions for my plumbing issues. He advised me about possible problems that might occur in my older home so that I will keep a closer watch on these issues. I would not hesitate to call *** should I require his expertise again and I would definitely recommend his services. He responded very quickly to my request for a quote, patiently answered all my questions, and he worked within my schedule. I highly recommend EcoFirst plumbing!

  I am very very pleased with ***'s plumbing service! He installed my new hot water tank and he was knowledgable, efficient, professional, affordable, and courteous. He responded very quickly to my request for a quote, patiently answered all my questions, and he worked within my schedule. He did a fantastic job and explained everything to me.   *** is a professional, honest, and knowledgeable plumber. He is nice and courteous. He installed a new water heater for us. He answered my questions patiently and clearly. *** did a great job at a reasonable price and came over the weekend to help me. I am grateful for his outstanding plumbing service. I will be happy to contact him if my house has water and gas issues in the future.

  Had *** replace poly B water lines throughout our home. He also replaced our old water heater with a high efficiency gas heater. The work was done professionally and with consultation throughout. We are very happy with ***'s work and would recommend him.

  Rob was very responsive and polite when we requested a quote for replacing our ancient tub and shower plumbing. He gave us a very reasonable quote and told us he could do the job without damaging any of our drywall or tile. We went ahead with the project and he was as good as his word. He installed new plumbing without damaging any existing structure. This was a very difficult job since he had to work through a small hole in the wall to complete the job. We are VERY happy with Rob's work - he's a professional and a nice guy. I highly recommend him !!

  Rob was quick to respond and come look at my hot water removal / install. Date was setup and job was completed professional to the quoted price. Excellent post job follow up as well with the hoops ** ***** required for rebate for the upgrade.
