My interior Savings credit union branch, located in *****, ** has notified me that they are closing my accounts and banning me from their services because I was a victim of fraud. They also lied to me about getting back $980 that they were able to recover from the *********. I was told by a customer service representative that I would be getting that money back. It wasn't until I questioned them about the whereabouts of that money that they changed their story. I'm seeking that $980 as my desired settlement.

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

This issue has not been resolved, as I have not received the money that was taken from me. I have also requested a review of the investigation by the ombudsman head office. If they, or the BBB fail to resolve this issue, then my next steps will be to go to *********** and the ***** ********** *********

    Sincerely,
