4 starsI have recently started Better5 "7 day indoor walking workout". It is as advertised for seniors. I like being able to do this at my pace repeating Day 1 several times and others as I am able. I'm ** years old and want this type of exercise course. I will keep doing this and try other courses too!Review fromBarbara G

I too am extremely frustrated due to the videos not playing. They just buffer and time out!

I cannot rate better 5 yet because the videos will not play.I would love to have workout videos that I could do at home! I hope that they will fix the problem!Better5

5 starsThe Better5 foot health has helped **** ******** ****** immensely! * **** ***** ******* **** * **** ** ** **** ***** * ***** ********* ********** *** *** **** ** *** *** *** *** I was going to ask for physical therapy but remembered Better5! Ten days after completing the class over & over, my foot (feet) now isn't as tight, ungiving! Now my feet & toes are flexible and the numbness has subsided considerably! Thank you for your products!?
