1 starEntirely unprofessional incompetent company. Had a leak into the basement below an outside tap. They looked at the tap from the outside without taking it apart, looked at the basement plumbing and could not find a problem, but concluded the outside tap was not the problem. Charged us $200 for that. It had flooded twice while using the hose, but ok. As it was an outside tap we did not use it again for 6 months, and with first use the basement apartment flooded again. We asked them to come back but they refused unless we paid them more money, because somehow this was now a new problem, perhaps "******* **** * ************************* ** **" (the outside hose bib) and that was why it leaked now. When we stated we felt we should not have to pay we had literal fights with **** and ****. Unbelievably bad service, and compentency questionable too.Review fromLiisa R

5 starsMy furnace broke early Saturday morning. I was recommended Border plumbing and heating by my neighbour. First thing on Monday morning I called the office, the response was fast. In no time, Jeff came to diagnose the problem. He was personable and did a fast diagnostic assessment. Needing a new furnace. While Jeff was still here, Denver, the comfort advisor was in the neighbourhood and came to give estimated and presented the choices. He made it easy to choose the right furnace. At the first chance on Thursday morning, Luke and Warren, installers were here with the new furnace. They were friendly, knowledgeable with good workmanship. Luke gave great follow up instructions. On November 21, 2022 I had a problem with a broken pipe in my shower stall and called Border and within an hour I had a plumber at my door. Robert or Robi as he calls himself came in and assessed the problem and gave me several options as to how to fix it. The option I chose was the right one because he had the problem fixed with a new fitting in just over an hour with the loss of only a couple of ceramic tiles. I was really impressed with this young man and his knowledge of how to solve a bad situation. The company is very fortunate in having a plumber of this calibre at such a young age. If I was to have another plumbing problem I would hope they send me Robi. Thanks for a great job.

very happy we went with Border Plumbing, Heating + Electrical to replace our furnace and install AC + air purifier. luke and warren went above and beyond on the job and managed our unique home with ease when obstacles arose. they took the time to explain everything thoroughly and we so appreciated their can-do attitude despite having a challenging job to complete. we will definitely use again and recommend to all those in the Okanagan! a big thank you, once again, to luke, warren, and the entire border team!Border Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electric

always a pleasure to do business with Border---they have good people and do great work.always keep you up to date with what they are doing and why.do not "talk down to you" and address any questions concerns you may have. recently i had a new furnace installed--dayton bailey major installer--arrived on time ,explained that was to happen,added in some extra good features for me,and did a walk thru with me after the work was done.Border Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electric

I can't think of enough good things to say about the staff of Border Plumbing, Heating and Electrical. Our maintenance tech Ashley, salesman Denver and installers Dayton and Ryan have all been knowledgeable, extremely easy to deal with and able to explain the products and services and to answer any questions we had.
