Had a technician drop in to diagnose our Bosch fridge that wasn't defrosting. Within 5 minutes of arrival and without any testing equipment, advised tenant that the thermostat requires replacement. Received a work order later that day requiring replacement a couple of parts at a cost in excess of $1200 - the thermostat wasn't one of them! Needless to say, we had a second opinion by another BBB accredited repair company that suggested via a text might I say, to unplug fridge for 24 hours with doors open - that the trick, thus fridge is now functioning normally. This was done without incurring any costs to us! Can only say that we are indeed very disappointed with Unimaster. To be fair and factual, filed a complaint with head office on this whereby they promptly refunded the service call charges.

****** was the technician who serviced my Washing machine - the spin cycle stopped working days before Xmas.Not only was Turban an expert in his field, but he explained clearly what the issue was and found resolution. The company went out of their way to fit the repair into my schedule and Turban was professional, and highly competent ! Turban is an asset to your company . I would highly recommend Unimaster.
