I ordered a part for my car (blow off valve) that turned out to be defective at its job. I ordered the part off of ECS Tuning, but the part is a CTS Turbo part. The item has a lifetime warranty, and I have called CTS Turbo around 50 times over the past month and a half and emailed numerous times to no avail.Initial Complaint

Purchased product "guaranteed to fit". Needless to say it did not fit. Received nothing but attitude regarding my issue, then stopped receiving communication altogether once *** was started.Started the return/RMA process. Shipped item back to seller for review at my expense. Seller deemed product at no fault or damage (never said there was, just told them I was unable to thread on the part and threads didn't match the original part). I have now heard nothing from them. They now have the part, have not processed a return, and refuse to communicate with myself or my bank regarding a claim *********** I'm here. Their internal return policy states any opened/installed products cannot be returned. How do you test fit a product without opening the packaging? How do you know a part works without installing first? Blind luck in a computer system? This feels like borderline entrapment and theft. They have now taken $120 out of my own pocket, and have the part to pull the same c*** on someone else. I need help. I just want a refund.Initial Complaint

Hi, I purchased replacement parts to repair my wifes vehicle with the intentions of using them. Upon arrival the boxes had warning labels for potentially damaging the vehicle, (nowhere were these labels on the website, so I could not have known about the potential risk, if I had seen the warning label on the website listing I would not have purchased). Also the label stated if I don't accept the risk that I could return them to the dealer I bought them from or manufacturer if the seal remained intact. I contacted the dealer and they stated no returns, after that they never responded to me. I reached out to the manufacturer who would have accepted a return, but since it was through a merchant they could do nothing for a refund. I just want to return the unopened parts box and be refunded.Initial Complaint

on September 12th 2023 I had purchased a turbo from a supplier of CTS called "*********************" based out of ********* ON. the turbo I had purchased was recommending by my mechanic and upon delivery the turbo was severely cracked making it incapable of use completely. after I found out the part was broken I asked for a refund from CTS directly so I could buy a different turbo and get my car out of the shop that was charging me daily to house my vehicle there. on top of the turbo being broken, it was also very clear to my mechanic that it did not fit correctly. I brought this to CTS's attention considering they advertised it for my exact make model and year, I even sent them my VIN number of my vehicle to confirm that this part SHOULD fit and they confirmed that it is indeed the part for my VIN/car. while I was out of town for work, my father went to the suppliers shop ( *********************) to drop off the broken turbo and even had my old engine in his truck and told the technicians there to show him how to make it fit.. they were unable to do so. after we received the fixed turbo back, it was still clear that it did not fit and their was a lot of interference of crucial mechanical parts that could not be altered or moved. once again I asked for a refund, this time from CTS's supplier park auto motor sports and they denied my request because it was a specialty part from CTS. along the way with dealing with ********************* ( a direct affiliate of CTS) they treated me with such disrespect and little car of my problem. at first they offered to ship me the parts to fix the turbo and asked why I was being difficult when I requested that they fixed it in house. considering its a brand new turbo I had purchased I did not want to be liable repairing it. and still, the part did not fit at all and all I requested was a simple refund. this had been such a headache having my car in the shop this long as well as it left me without a vehicle to commute to work.Initial Complaint

I've been trying to find out what is going on with my order to no avail. I bought a CTS TURBO ******* *** *************** *** Charge Pipe Set XDRIVE Models from this vendor and expedited the shipping. The part sent was pieces of different parts for something I don't even know. I reached out to the vendor the next day and till now I don't have a part or solution from the vendor. I stated the matter was time sensitive.
