    Weve been waiting for ******* and group to fix the issue with turf they installed. We have photos and text messages showing how many times we reached out but no resolution from them. Turf is not even a year installed and now have issues. Sloppy work for a $4,900 turf installation. Be carful with this business not reliable, unprofessional and so many excuses!

    If i could give less then 1 star I would. If you want to be over charged for mediocre work at best then you should choose Darrels Crew. If you want lazy unmotivated workers that cant seem to get the bare minimum done to a satisfactory level you should definitely choose Vancity Elite. He takes advantage of small businesses snd people who are desperate and need things done quickly. This man promises the world and has no problem booking the work but when it comes down to starting he will come up with a ton of excuses to delay the job, then he rushes thru the work with less time and it shows in the workmanship. The work he's done for me had been redone twice and is now getting done for a third time with a new company because his work sucks so bad. Cant even say his work cause after the quote you never see him again he sends his sons. The new company is doing the work for less then what i paid for the first round of his darrels. He over charges and under delivers. He couldnt come to the job he booked because him and his staff ( his family) had a hockey pub night the night before and were too hung over to come to work. His words not mine and that was just the first excuse for the first missed start date. They came ill prepared for a job they quoted and delayed the job again. There isn’t enough characters allowed in this review box to even begin to touch how awful dealing with this company and how terrible of a job they did. Avoid them at all costs. He will say otherwise and blame me for everything. However i have phone conversations, texts conversations and security footage to back up my claims. What do you have Darrell? Lies
