On Nov 2 and 4 2021, I received service for my gas furnace, After installation of a new furnace was done I was informed by the technician that I would receive money back through the government rebate program and that they would do the filing and claim. I received a call from pro gas in December to if I still wanted service, they apparently did not know work had been done. This tipped me to thinking the rebate was not filed. In January 2022 I contacted the rebate program to find no application for my furnace was filed. They instructed I need , the model of furnace installed, The contractor who installed, Gas permit #, and invoice. None of this was provided and I am running out of time to apply for grant.. The invoice used was what they may give quotes for. I have contacted ProGas on a number of occasions to get this required information, A different technician came to the house on February 2nd. and indicated he did not know why he was sent. My last communication with this company was March 16 2022, Where again I have been ignored. I do not understand why this company is reluctant to give me the required information. My rebate I qualify for is valued at $800.00. * *** **** ****** ***** *** ******* ** ****** ** ******** **** *******  Maybe the company did not take out a gas permit. I was informed the initial technician is no longer working for the company, maybe he did something that was *******. I do no Know, but i do no Know the company does not want to help me.
