Literally every single interaction with this team has been amazing. From my very first conversation with Cameo, communication has been excellent. Matt was the first on-site helping identify the problems I was having. He clearly has extensive expertise, and I felt comfortable immediately. I trust this team. I had to make a huge decision about my heat pump and furnace, and as a senior, I know I am in safe hands with this team. When Eric came, he was extremely informative in coming up with options I could choose from, including introducing me to an excellent energy auditor, **** **** ********. My sincere thanks to this team.

ServiceXCEL is quite simply the best! Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and professional and the service charge is more than fair; something that I really appreciate in this complicated economy. I want to give a big thank you in particular to Jared. He didn't comment on how gritty the filter in my heat pump was but instead showed me how easy it was to clean it in between service appointments. Very tactful! He explained everything he was doing and showed me the most efficient way to program my heat pump. Again, very patient and tactful! I retired to Vancouver Island a few years ago so it's very important to me to find companies I can trust to help me with home maintenance. ServiceXCEL is one of those companies; in fact, they have set a very high standard for trustworthiness (and quality).ServiceXCEL

You earned a score of 100%, Matt at ServiceXCEL. Matt just serviced our furnace and had it up and running so efficiently. He is the very best service person we've ever had into our home! He explained all I needed to know in concise and understandable terms. This young man was a pleasure to have in our home. The service was so quickly taken care of even with the ferry crossing he had to make to get to our home. Ariel, your dispatch updates were so very useful and thank you for being so kind and courteous. A better experience we could not have wished for. This company is highly recommended. We had Adam over for our annual maintenance on our heat pump and he did a fantastic job. He took the time to explain in detail how our heat pump system works and did it in a way that was clear and easy for a lay person to understand. He patiently and happily answered all of our questions. Can’t say enough good things about him. 5 stars!ServiceXCEL

Just had our annual maintenance done on our heat pump by tech Matt. I cannot say enough positive things about how outstanding Matt was in explaining everything incredibly well, asking if we had questions and just generally being so informative. This company really cares about its clients. We were informed several times when the tech was due to arrive. That’s just so appreciated. Highly recommend.ServiceXCEL

Duncan just had a Mitsubishi AC installed and we were very pleased from start to finish. Just waiting now for the warmer weather to give it a good test. All personnel have been very helpful and accommodating. We would recommend this company.ServiceXCEL

We have had our ductless Mitsubishi heat pump for a week now and really, really like it. My 2 Mitsubishi split type heat pump units were installed in 2 days. The job was a little tricky, but beautifully and professionally done. I was so impressed with the team! They worked very well together, were collegial and helpful to one another, respectful and fun to have around. I was impressed by what a great instructor Levi was. Thank you, Stuart, for selling this to me, and for helping me with all the paperwork. Keiran was the team electrician, Levi and Quinton the installers, and Korey the technician....thank you guys!ServiceXCEL
