1 starThey dont even deserve a 1 star. I ordered a sweater on February 20. It is now 5 weeks and I still have not received even a shipping notice. I emailed them twice to get an update. No response. This is the second time this has happened to me. The first was in 2023. I apparently did not learn my ******* They are a terrible company to deal with. Their customer service is non-existent. Now I have to ask for a refund which they wont reply to either. We should all officially report them to the BBB but they arent even registered.Review fromJennifer R

1 starPlaced 2 orders - ****** in May 2024 & ****** in June. Contacted them to update email for 2nd order and asked for an update on the first. The owner ******* emailed me back June 7 stating there was some illness but both dresses would be sent together the week after and would refund the shipping. Received a 2nd email June 17 stating all orders would be sent out NO LATER than Monday June 24, 2024 with tracking as they were shutting down for a few days. I emailed them on June 25, July 1 and again on July 6 asking where the tracking and dressed were but still no reply as of today July 10 2024. Very disappointed in this small company as I love the items but without replies, tracking or items can only give them a 1 star. Where are my dresses?????Review fromClaudette S

1 starI want to give 0 stars. Do not order online from Lilikoi. I purchased 2 items on 10 Jan 2024. I got an email saying I paid and that regular delivery time is ***** days. [] Tracking info will come automatically via email when your order ships. I emailed 7 Feb 2024, 20 business days from my order and payment. ******* replied later that day telling me about a COVID outbreak and limited staff in January. I dont know why this wasnt communicated to me earlier. She also said You should receive tracking today or tomorrow, if you haven't already. The remaining orders are all in the shipping queue now. This means I would get an email 8 Feb or 9 Feb. I did not. Nor did I get anything on 12 Feb when I emailed her again. In my email on 12 Feb, I told her I didnt receive an email about a shipment. I also wrote: Could someone please check to see if my order is in the queue? To be honest, it feels like my order was forgotten about. I did not get a reply. I emailed again on 15 Feb: There has been no email notification of delivery, and my email from Monday (12 Feb) has no reply. I want a complete refund. I understand that life happens, so communication is crucial. Let me know what is happening. Im completely in the dark. I paid for a product and havent received anything in return. This is very disappointing. I did not get a reply.On 17 Feb, I got an automated email saying my order was shipped. I did not, however, get a tracking email, as I was told I would. I emailed on 17 Feb saying I got this email and thanked them. I looked at *********** online to see how long it takes to ship something from ** to *******. It said 7-10 days. On 1 March I decided to email again: where is my tracking email? Where is my order? I added: Its hard not to think that the email about my shipment was sent to me without my order actually being sent, so that my request for refund could be ignored. I requested a refund again. WORST COMPANY EVER!Sent for a dress and a hoodie. Both finally got here, after months, and they are both HORRIBLE. The dress is tissue paper thin material, not even wearable. The hoodie is made out of some sort of material that I have never seen or felt before, GROSS. Both not even close to what the pictures looked like. Now I have been trying for weeks to send them back for a refund... they will not respond to all my emails and I can't find any other way to contact them. SO SAD THEY CAN DO THIS TO PEOPLE. They should be in jail. I will NEVER BUY CLOTHES ON LINE AGAIN. Don't give this company your money !!! I only gave this one star because it wouldn't let me submit if I didn't. ??Lilikoi Clothing

I think you have the wrong company . We do not , and have never made hoodies . And we have no record of a customer with your full name ( which I will not reveal publicly) in our 20 years of business.
We only use the highest quality sustaiinable fabrics- with all of the required documentation regarding Oeko-Tex certifications and Certified Organic Certifications in place . Since 2006. Please review your records. Best Wishes

1 starI'm wondering if anyone has ever received clothes from this company? I am so surprised. I always receive very good customer service (and actual product!) from small, local businesses. How does this company continually get away with taking people's money and not sending out orders? (They seem to have enough money to continue their many, many Instagram ads.)My attempts to contact the business are, of course, ignored. I sincerely wish I hadn't wasted my time and effort trying to purchase something from this company. I have filed a complaint with my credit card company, and recommend everyone else do the same.Review fromKristina P

1 starI hope anyone who considers buying from Lilikoi Clothing reads these reviews and reconsiders. I bought a top in August and did not like the quality of the fabric and requested a refund. Mind you it took weeks to get the top only after I reached out to them to find out when I would get it. I filled out their form and returned the top at my expense to their previous address on the form as instructed. Long story short, I got a full refund for my original purchase at the end of November (the original purchase was in August) and was told I would be refunded my $30 I spend to get it back to them. When I reminded them of the additional refund (which I had in my email thread) they quoted their policies and I was lectured like a child that they essentially did me a favour by accepting the refund. They moved and my package still says it is waiting for pick up from them via the tracking number. So I am out $30 and nothing to show for it. Customer service is how you build your business. This business has none. If you see their feed on social media, keep scrolling. You will be frustrated and in my case, out of pocket for nothing.Review fromLeslie R

Placed an order months ago and although they've sent a few emails saying they would be shipping it out "next week", nothing has arrived and they've stopped responding to my emails. 1 starI too am so frustrated with the customer service I received. I ordered 3 items of clothing in June and its Aug 7 and have still received no message that theyve even shipped. I wanted to wear these in the summer and have them for vacation travel. The clothing looks great, is ******** made, and Id like to support that but I totally feel like Ive been scammed. I get no response when I email the company. I have done so twice regarding my order and sent an instagram message with order and no replies. There is no phone number to call them. When ordered it said it would be delivered in ***** business days, which is very long to begin with but now its over 30 days and Ive received no notices that its even shipped! Soon I will be out of province for vacation and then it will be September. Im so frustrated and disappointed. Has anyone found a phone number to call for them?Review fromA. Wright

1 starOrdered 2 dresses for a spring sale last year – after 20 days, went to check in and got no reply. Another month, and I was able to track down an email for the owner, so wrote her directly. Another wait, but finally got a story about how hard it was to be a small business owner (I’m one too, so I know that if you say on your website 10-15 days to ship, you shouldn’t be rude to your customer who politely checks in after almost 2 months have passed!). Was promised they’d be shipped within the week. Again, nothing. August comes and I get in touch again. She says the dresses are ready, and she’ll give me a discount for my trouble. More delays. Finally got my spring dresses in October, never did receive the refund she promised. This spring, I finally got to wear them, and am super disappointed with the craftsmanship. A lot of hassle and disrespect for 2 dresses that will be heading straight to the thrift store. Sad to see this behaviour hasn’t gotten better.
